  • Why not a Celtic league?

With the every more increasing of Rangers going to the wall why can't the IFA,FAI and SFA come together like the Rugby, they could set up a franchise system (solving the problem of the new Rangers)

5 teams from Scotland, 3 from Norn Iron and 4 from the Republic, give it about 10 years and I think it would be a great success. God knows the Irish leagues need something, and I think if you Scots can admit it the SPL has been increasingly going down the toilet for the last 10 years and things certainly ain't gonna get better. Just an idea folks , what do ya think

  • Sore Hamstring, any ideas on quick fix?

I need help, I was playing a soccer match on Wednesday and after the game I felt a bit sore just under my buttox, I thought that I might have got a kick or something, yesterday I went for a run and some sprints, the run went fine but as soon as I started my sprint I felt the pain again, not a bad pain mind but I stopped anywas, I reckon that I have a minor hamstring strain, my problem is that I'm playing in a semi-final tomorrow and I have to play, I play up front so obviosly I will be doing a lot of sprinting, any ideas in what I can do to last at least 70 mins, strecting ? anything you can suggest, not playing is not an option, thanks in advance
