Hi I'm 21 years old & I've suffered with depression for over 2 years now, I've been getting professional help & I regularly see my therapist who visits me every once a week. I've known my ex boyfriend for 4 years now, he was always there for me & showed me how much he cared & loved me.

But this year he changed alot, was always having a temper & didn't like me hanging with my male friends(I've always got on better with guys than girls ever since I was a kid). I didn't want him to be controlling like he used to, I always had to be the one to make contact with him, my bill for my contract running high since he lives in Ireland & I in England.

I always visited him but he barely visited me, I last visited in January of this year, he was gonna come down in August since he couldn't make it for my 21st, I feared he'd let me down as he always seem to put me on hold & other things that he saw more important.

I had a talk with him on facebook about him visiting down here, we got into a lil argument then he decided to break it off & left me.. I was in tears & cried for days. My therapist understood the pain I was feeling & said I will feel like this for a while, its been going on now for over a month.

I felt it was my fault but he said its my depression its clouding his head, it made me feel like I was a freak in a way, he promised me once he'd never leave my side that he'd stick through my depression with me :(. But he didn't & he left me to battle it alone..

My friends & family have been help picking up the pieces, I've been having suicidal thoughts again, like before on Easter Sunday I took a large overdose to commit suicide, taken into hospital stayed overnight. I was discharged the following day with no damage to my heart & liver luckily, but I just feel its all my fault that no one should stick by me while I'm like this..

I feel like some kind of freak...I cant get over my ex & my friends have said that I should find someone new when I'm alot better, that I deserve better than him as they've stuck by me. I still love him but I sound crazy if I do go back to him when things are better.

Yet my friends say if he cant stick by me for my worst he doesn't deserve to see me at my best...I dunno what to do I'm still grieving but should I move on from him or get better & then sort things out?

I do agree with my friends but just I cant help but still love him.. :(

I dated my ex a year ago after breaking with my bf of nearly 2 years(im with my bf again been together 1 year and 3months)I went into depression and my friend who was like a sister to me fell out cuz he dumped her for me(my ex did) anyways we broke up twice, 2nd time he broke up with me and I was getting help with the depression. Anyways we cut contact a year ago and I last heard of him back in April we made amends but his gf(who was my friend, we all live in different cities in the UK)couldn't know bout it cuz she'd go made and possibly break up with him. We cut contact cuz he said he had feelings for me, hadnt heard from him since today as he sent me a message on PS3. He wanted to know how I was doing and I accepted his request to add as friend, we got chatting in the type chat room, catching up on gossip and he said he still loves me I do like him a bit and I do miss our chats as I met him b4 I met my friend and known him longer.

We were in a conversation then he left the chat room out of nowhere I waited 10mins as thought it was his internet since he mentioned his internet was being dodgy, I exited and saw he was no longer on my friends list :/. I'm very confused as to why he'd just remove me when we were just chatting away normally I don't get why? What did I do wrong? He knows I'm loyal to my bf and I would have a friendship with my ex but of course wouldn't as my bf wouldn't be ok with it which I respect that, but I would;ve expected him to say he's gonna remove me I'd be happy but when he was ok in chatting to me and having a laugh he just removed me.

Any reason why he may have removed me? need help guys :( I feel like Its my fault

Before I had problems with my laptop Facebook was fine loaded very quick, after I had problems with my laptop and got it fixed up by a friend my Facebook has become terribly slow my internet is fine nothing wrong with it loads pretty fine.

Facebook however takes about 4mins for it to load up and it crashes saying not responding, it soon loads but what ticks me off is that when i click onto a friends or anything on facebook I'm expected to wait another 4mins :/. My friend said that its nothing to do with it being fixed up as her brother had mended the fan inside my laptop and everything, I don't understand why its being ever so slow my friend said to give it time to adjust which I have done since I got my laptop back on Friday.

Is there anyway possible for me to get my internet or laptop to speed up or do I need to download anything at all? My friends bro had to uninstall things that were messing with my laptop, everything was fine before it got fixed up I cant really point the finger since everything MSN and internet is fine other then facebook. It might be that its Facebook itself having problems but I've never encountered this before for it being ever so slow, my other friends Facebook loads fine but mine.

Any help and advice on this would be very greatful.

Ok I'm flying to Ireland tomorrow to Ireland and wondering if your aloud to carry a pen drive/memory stick for the laptop with you not in your suitcase but you'll be having it in a carry on bag with you, being as security are s strict with certian objects you cant take on board.

Besides that are crayons and a sharpener aloud? I know this is a silly question to ask and its mainly liquids and sharp objects but wanna be sure if you can as you cant take certain things on board and they come up with new things you cant take on board aswel.

Ok theres two celebrited which i think look alike but i dunno if its just me or they do have some features what do you think?

I still have some feelings for my ex boyfriend, and im sure he still does for me as he said he still has love for me inside but were both in different relationships, i love my boyfriend to pieces & i would like to spend most of my life with him tho its long distance.

My ex was a long distance but it was easier to see him more then my current boyfriend at the time my ex and me were together since he lives in England aswel, since my boyfriend lives abroad in ireland but i can handle the distance with my boyfriend(we have met in person a few times).

Anyways I want to know is there any kind of ways i can try to get him out of my head he's in my head everyday despite how nasty he was to me before we deleted one another from our lives, I dont blame how he spoke to me as i constantly blame myself as i have low self esteem. I do still love him inside but I know I wont be in contact with him again, I want these feelings to go as i dont want it to interfere with my current relationship, since my boyfriend doesnt like him and he knew i had feelings for him which we went on a break to help my feeligs fade.

I thought they had and me and my boyfriend are back from our break but my feelings still remain slightly, I love my boyfriend so much but i cant understand why my feelings remain for my ex after the way he was with me, treating me a bit differently after he got with his girlfriend despite knowing i've depression and was needing help which btw i have gotten now.

I need honest answers why i still love my ex inside despite him being nasty to me at times and if there's any way i can help my feelings fade for him if possible that is?

Hey ive had my ps3 for over a year now and sometimes ive had the odd problem with the signing in network, where it will not connect me to the online network and sign me out because an error occured. I would try again and it would work but this time however it wouldnt sign me in saying the same thing over and over again which happened last night, i reset my ps3, turned it off disabled the connection and enabling it everything i can think off and today its doing the same thing. Ok a friend of mine has just started that time of the month and is very very very heavy that she's leaking and she's in alot of pain and has been sick once, she's worried about it and wonders to see the doctor or not and doesnt know why her Period is that heavy and leaking and the pain is so bad it burns as she describes it.

What my question here is that is it a natural/rare occurance or is it something to be seen asap like to the hospital or something that can wait and see the doctor the next day? Because she's in so much pain and leaking quite a bit.
