  • What is meant by the question "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than 1 yr" in the G-325A form?

    Working as a contractor here in Kuwait and is trying to get back to the US with my wife. We were asked to start her immigrant visa application by the kuwait US embassy and the forms are not that simple!

    I have been working here in kuwait for a year and a half. So do I put my kuwait address as the answer?

    How about my wife who was born and lived here in kuwait? what address shall she put in that question?

    also, regarding the G-325A form:

    question : "Applicant's employment for the last 5 years. (if none, so state)

    --- Does this mean that in the period where I was unemployed I put none and the dates that I have been unemployed?

    --- "FULL NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE EMPLOYER" Is that my employer's company name and their mailing address?

    question: "LAST OCCUPATION ABROAD IF NOT SHOWN ABOVE"

    ---- Since I am already gonna write my current occupation abroad in the above question, shall i just leave this BLANK? or write N/A or NONE???

    question: "This form is submitted in connection with an application"?

    --- ???

    question: "PRINT YOUR NAME AND ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER ..."

    ---- Both me and my wife don't have an alien registration number. I am a US citizen and she does not have one. Shall we leave it BLANK or put N/A or NONE???

    Please help! your answers will be highly appreciated!

  • What adress do I put in my petion: i-130 form, section B #2? Do they want the mailing address or residence?

    I am currently working as a contractor in Kuwait. So do I put Kuwait residence address or US residence address??! or do they want a mailing address here in Kuwait???!

    Please help!

    question 17 "list husband/wife and all children of your relative."

    : DO I WRITE DOWN MY OWN NAME SINCE I AM THE HUSBAND OF MY WIFE?? OR JUST WRITE "NONE"???

    question 19 "relative's address abroad"

    : We presently live together in Kuwait. So DO I PUT DOWN OUR RESIDENCE ADDRESS OR MAILING ADDRESS????

    question 20 "If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letter, write his/her name and foreign address in the native alphabet."

    : My wife is a thai/filipino national who grew up in kuwait. She takes the nationality of both countries but is PRIMARILY THAI NATIONAL SINCE BIRTH. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE TO WRITE DOWN HER NAME IN THAI LANGUAGE ------but ----- she's a stranger to thailand and her thai dad (parents got divorced since her birth) and WE DONT KNOW WHAT ADDRESS TO WRITE BESIDE THE NAME IN THAI (it's asking for street, city, province and country in parenthesis)

    also,

    Can we use her married name in the form i-130 even though we did not apply the changes in her thai passport?

    Any help would be highly appreciated!!!
