hi..i think i just need to talk about this and maybe someone will have some advice for me ..have any of you ever seen a ghost? i've always thought people who believed in ghosts were crazy or lying but ever since we bought this house i've felt there was some kind of negative energy here ..i thought it was from the people who lived here right before we did because they were a sad bunch who did heroin and neglected their kids and i thought once we fixed the house up and filled it with love it would wash it away you know?

then my children started telling me they were seeing a ghost.. i got some sage and started burning sage in the rooms because i did feel there was a negative energy and thought it would make the kids feel better about their ''ghost'' ..but then i saw the ghost...it was bizarre to say the least..at first i thought it was my daughter..it was dressed all in black like she likes to do, the same size as my daughter, it walked up the hall and into the bathroom, it looked Very sad..i didn't see it out of the corner of my eye or anything like that..i looked right at it ..i've never seen anything like that.. so then i asked my daughter to tell me specifically what she had seen without telling her what i saw.. she said it was dressed all in black, the same size as she is..a teenage girl, she saw it in the bathroom and said it felt evil not friendly ..that's when i started to kind of panic because that's exactly what i saw! then i asked my son what he saw and he said the same thing..it was dressed in black..sitting in the chair in his bedroom..he too thought it was my daughter at first just like i did and freaked out when he realized she wasn't there..he's seen it the most..he says it's always the same girl.. in his room or the bathroom..so now i'm kind of freaking out..

i haven't told my kids i've seen it..i don't want to scare them..for some reason i think it's the ghost of a teenage girl who killed herself in the bathroom or was killed, just because when i saw it it was so deeply sad..and i don't want that kind of negative energy around the kids..but then again i feel sorry for the sad little girl and want to help her somehow.. i'm trying to look into the history of the house and find out who has lived here before ..i told my husband i saw the ghost and he just laughed like i would have done before i saw it too..maybe it's not even a ghost but residual energy from someone who lived here before? or maybe it has nothing to do with who lived here before! i just don't know ..

thanks for 'listening' ..at least it's the right time of year for this kind of thing with halloween coming up right ?..i want to talk to a neighbor who has lived here all her life today about who used to live here before.. wish me luck!

Does anyone have any idea of different ways i could get funding to create a community garden or permaculture center in my neighborhood? There is a very sad piece of property across the street from me for sale cheap that i would love to turn into a permaculture center/public garden..i did read something about registering as a non profit organization and getting a grant ? Or mayb a fundraiser? Any information would be appreciated. My searches aren't turning up anything.

i was wondering from people who have done both which is more profitable to have a yard sale or flea market? its 14 dollars to advertize a yard sale in the pennysaver here ..10$ to rent a table at the oak hill flea market which is the closest ..
