I have been renting for years and the usual procedure before you move in to a new flat is one month's rent in advance and 6 weeks as a security deposit.

The letting agent organising our new flat wants it the other way round and I'm confused. They want 6 weeks rent in advance and a months security deposit.

Has anyone else had this and does it mean you only pay 2 weeks rent in month two?

I'm looking for a destination that is not ruined by English pubs and greasy spoon cafes, doesn't have row upon row of neon signed drink til you drop bars.

Somewhere that is authentic to that country, with local bars and good authentic restaurants, laid back, beautiful, quaint, with a bit of history.

The catch, it can't be too expensive!

Does such a place exist on a budget package holiday!?

From around 1996. It is the same lyrics to 'When I fall in Love' by Nat King Cole but is sung in a completely different tune. It is sung by a woman that sounds a bit like India (MAW) and has a piano rift. If anyone knows it i'll be very impressed and hugely grateful!!
