Hi Everyone. I am 21 years old and happily married to my high school sweetheart, it will be 3 years Sept. 26, 2008. We have a baby girl named Isadora Marie who was born May 6, 2008. We are currently living in England since that's where the military stationed us.

  • What movie is this..or show?

Ahh, I can't figure this out for the life of me and I tried searching. The movie has a girl who has been raised by her grandparents. One day here mom comes to get her and says she has a new boyfriend, while the grandma doesn't like the idea she can't stop it. So the girl leaves with the mom and goes to some protest or party of some sort and gets left on the curb. I don't know if it's a movie or show, but help please! I think the moms name was Cloud or something, she was a hippy

  • Need dog adive please?

I've had my dog for 5 months and am also 5 months pregnant. Since we've got him he's been extra annoying to me...I'm not a huge dog person, but hubby is...well lately I've been getting so stressed out I don't know what to do. He's 10 months old Australian Shepherd. We have a great sized yard for him, but I can't let him out by him self anymore because he discovered how to escape, so now when he goes out he's on a 30 foot lead. I already have a 19 month old who he is really great with, but he snatches her food from her all day long, which irritates me. He has no sense she's small and he can't run into her, and he knocks her down every 10 minutes from running around. I get so annoyed with him licking the carpet too...I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant or not, but I just find it gross since my daughter plays on the floor. Lately he's been in his crate a lot because he's acting out more and more, and when I put him outside he barks constantly until I let him in....(I do wait until he stops barking before I let him in so I don't reinforce it) Other than silly little things he's a great dog, but I have no patience for him and I'm afraid once the new baby gets here he'll be worse because he'll get even less attention. I feel bad for leaving him in his crate most the day, but if he's out and about he's bound to either eat my daughters food, toys or knock her down and lick the carpet. I know it sounds silly, but I'm so frustrated with him I don't know what to do. Some days I want to find him a new home so he gets the attention he deserves, and others I don't want to and think he'll out grow some of these behaviors. I really need help deciding. Hubby is down for either way, so he's no help. But I feel like since I'm with him all day while hubby's at work, he doesn't know how stressed I am getting.

  • Can you see the baby nub? And guess the sex?

I went yesterday for my NT test and was 13 weeks 1 day, the doctor wouldn't even check the sex for us. I've read about the nub test, but I'm not sure if you can see the nub in my picture. Any guesses on gender?

  • Signs of Early Prenancy?

I posted a question earlier about implantion bleeding, but want to add more to it. Along with spotting on day 19 of my cycle (Fertile days 13-17, BD on day 13, and 16) I am now on day 21 and have excessive itching on my whole uper part of my body. I had this as well on day 17. I'm not sure if this is another sign of pregnancy. I've never experienced this before and it just happened out of no where. Any help would be great, thanks.

  • Implantation Bleeding Possibly?

Hi, so on day 19 of my cycle I had light spotting when I went to the bathroom. I ovulated days 13-17. We BD on day 13 and day 16. I usually have a 28 day cycle. I've never had bleeding in between periods. There was no cramping either. Could that have been implantation bleeding, or would it have been to soon?

I am off BC and in hope of TTC. We were waiting to Nov to TTC but since we're off BC, if it happens, it happens and we'll be very happy:) Thanks

  • Large Breed Puppy food vs. Regular?

I recently purchased a bag of Arden Grange Puppy/Junior dog food online. The company accidently shipped me the Large Breed Puppy/Junior. It's a 33 lb bag, and since I'd have to pay for shipping, I was just curious as to if this is even going to affect my dog. He's a 6 month old Australian Shepherd, and is 45 lbs right now. Any help is great, thanks.

  • Lethargic 11 Month old?

My daughter has always been such a happy baby. Usually she wakes up between 6:30-7am, today she slept until almost 8 am and once she was up she was still tired. When I went to feed her breakfast, she denied all her food, and believe me she loves her food. She went to take a bite of her banana,s, ate like 1 chex and that's it. So since she didn't eat, I decided to go ahead and give her a bottle. She took about 1 oz, then just lied down. So after about 20 mins of her laying there, I offered her bottle again. This time she took 4 oz, but right after she was done she vomited it all back up. She seems really lethargic today. Usually she is a very active and chattering baby. She is already taking her nap too, which means she was only awake a little over an hour. She doesn't have a temperature either. Any ideas? Thanks.

  • Treatment for Hookworm in a cat.?

Okay, so I know the first thing people are thinking is go to the vet...well there a 2 week wait for that so I want to try and help my cat out until we can get there. Since we got her (Christmas Eve) she has been going out of the litterbox occasionaly, maybe once a week, on Saturday she vomited some blood but still seemed to be acting fine and perky and her bm's and urine was normal, with no blood. Today she vomited again, and this time I notice some worms, which I believe are hookworms. I tried to call the vet but it's going to take two weeks because we have to register her (We are on a military base in England). So tonight I gave her a does of Revolution that I had from a previous cat, which is nto expired. It says treatment of hookworms, but does that mean it will make them go away or just control them. And are there any other recommendations?

  • Small red bump on palm of hand?

I woke up this morning and noticed a small red bump (size of a pimple/ingrown hair) on the palm of my hand, about an inch below my thumb. It itches a little, and is painful when touched. It almost feels like I have been toughing fiber glass on the bump.

It as not there last night, so It's confusing me. Any ideas? Thanks

  • Cat urinating problems?

We recently got a cat on Dec. 24 and the first night kept her in the hallway with food, litter and water. That night she peed on a blanket and figured it was just stress. Well, today, almost a month later, I notice the rug underneath her litter box is covered in urine, then I look around more and find it all over her cat bed as well. The reason I am just noticing it is because I was out of town for a week and someone else was coming over to clean and feed her. She is 1-2 years old, and spayed, and other than that she is great and starting to feel comfortable in our house. She is in her own room at night and then mornings I let her out. ANy suggestions. Please help, thanks

  • US vs UK Xbox 360 controllers?

Is there any difference between the two controllers? I am wanting to buy a Datel Xbox 360 Headset Adapter, and I live in the UK but have a US Controller, it would be easier to buy and faster shipping if I buy from a UK seller, but I don't know if there is a difference. It's going to be a Christmas present. Thanks

  • What to get my deploying husband before he leaves?

My husband will be getting deployed early January and I'm trying to find something to pack with his bags that is sentimental, or even that he could enjoy. I already got him an external hard drive for his laptop, and for Christmas I am getting him a webcam with headset and a few video games since he will be taking his 360, he's also going to be getting a 20in monitor to take too and all his other little things he's going to need. I need some more Christmas ideas (he already has EVERYTHING, lol) and something I can pack that reminds him of his family. We have a daughter too, he'll end up missing her 1st birthday :(

  • Infant Sleeping Advice?

I jsut need a little advice on things I can do to help my daughter stay asleep through the night. She is almost 6 months old and at 3 months, the whole month, she slept from 8pm till 5/6am with no feedings. Starting at 4 months she stopped and decided to start waking every 2-4 hours for a feeding. My husband and I both work early schedules, him 7-4 and me 8-5. We would really love some extra zzz's. Right now we tried having a schedule for who will wake with her, like Sat-Mon night I do, Tue we share and Wed-Fri he does. I always feel on the bad end because she naps well on weekends which causes her to not sleep as good as when she's at daycare m-f she has a hard time napping and will only wake once for those nights and then stay awake at 5am.

    Here's our bedtime routine:

Around 7 we give her cereal, then a bath, then a 4-6oz bottle, read and then take her to her room and turn on her mobile. She is usually asleep by 8. She goes to sleep very good, hardley ever fusses. She'll then wake at 11:30, 2:30 and 5 for feedings. Any advice...I know at this point she doesn't need the night feedings, but it helps her fall back asleep. We are going to try some white noise/lullabys tonight. Thanks

  • Baby not sleeping well at night?

My daughter will be 5 months old on Oct. 6 and is having a problem staying asleep at night. At 3 months, for a whole month she would sleep for 6 hours straight, but for the last month/two she has been waking at 12, 2, and 5:30 for a feeding. She goes to bed perfectly fine. Around 7 we give her a bath, feed her cereal and a 4 oz bottle. Each night waking she will eat about 4oz as well.

During the day she eats great, 4 oz every feeding and every 2-3 hours. She takes naps on a regular schedule, 12 and 4. I only feed her ceral once, should I start feeding more? I don't mind waking but I am starting work Monday and I would really love to get a full 6 hours sleep with out an interuption. My husband does try and help but he works at 6 am so I try to let him sleep the most. Anyhelp or advice would be appreciated. Thanks :)
