For an assay, I need to take a 10mM stock of a compound (in 100% DMSO) and get it down to 1um in 0.1% DMSO in the well of a 96-well plate. 80 ul of substrate and 10 ul of NADPH also go into the well, so I guess I'll need 10 ul of 10 um in 1% DMSO to put into the well? How would I go about making the appropriate dilutions to do this? Thanks.

When I start my 2016 Toyota Camry XLE that uses a button to start the ignition if the key is simply sitting inside the vehicle, the dashboard displays a message that says 'Key Battery Low.' Now this would only be an issue as far as locking/unlocking remotely, panic button, or opening the trunk? If the key battery runs out, I'd still be able to start the car, correct?  Thanks!

When I make a call after selecting the voice I want to use, the keypad disappears and it appears the only thing I can do during the call is strictly use the masked voice. For certain numbers that require extensions with dialing different numbers, I'm not able to do because the keypad is gone, so I'm wondering if there is a way to get the keypad to appear while using the masked voice. Pressing the home button to cut out and look for the original keypad manually cancels the call so unfortunately that doesn't seem to be an option. Thanks.

I was wondering if a mixed drink such as rum or other hard liquor in coke or root beer can be ordered at any restaurant that serves alcohol. Not just specifically at a bar or "drinks only" venue. At a booth, in Red Lobster for instance, I could order such a thing? Thanks.

Got a Colgate toothbrush from Walmart. Wasn't quite sure whether it had been used and then returned, in that case it wouldn't have been officially sanitized before putting back on the shelf. Are these the kinds of things that aren't returnable? In that case, I don't have to worry about it being dirty from within the package? Thanks.

If I set up an account for rewards based on purchases at one store, would the same benefit apply to every store regardless of location? If I set up an account for rewards in Normal, IL for instance at Kohl's, would I still accrue points for rewards if I shop at a Kohl's in Denver for instance? Does Best Buy work the same way? For instance in the Summer in the northern hemisphere, the sun tends to rise more in the east-northeast and sets more in the west-northwest, and in the winter rises more in the east-southeast and sets more in the west-southwest. So when it's winter in the southern hemisphere, does the sun still take more of the "northern" path from rising east to west like it does in the nothern summer, or would it still rise more in the southeast and set in the southwest for the shorter path? I don't see how if the sun takes one path or appears to be in the sky longer in one hemisphere, it would look any different in the opposite hemisphere for the same date. Thanks!

I'm getting an email saying my photo is making a difference as the subject, and it says people like my photo. The message then goes on to say the photo has helped people over 50 times and that millions of people rely on photos like yours to see what places are like (it also shows the photo of mine it's referring to with a map of where I took the photo in the background). I don't actually have any photos shared with anyone outside, so I'm not sure how this is happening other than it says at the bottom of the email message:

"You received this email because you contributed user content to Google. If you don't want these updates anymore, you can unsubscribe here."

This is concerning because I don't want photos on my drive to be leaked somehow to random people. Was curious if this is anything to worry about, but I'm just confused as to why Gmail is making it sound like I'm sending photos to people online when I'm not. Thanks.

If I buy a new washer and dryer at a place like Lowe's or Home Depot, do I need to clean it first? Or not since it's new and should be "sterile" and otherwise clean enough? If I see the model I like on the sales floor that I want, am I getting that exact appliance on the sales floor? I guess that would determine whether or not it would need to be pre-cleaned. Thanks.

For the $45, 30 days, no contract, unlimited talk and text, do I need to specifically keep track of how much data I'm using? If I use too much, will my phone physically not let me use any more? I'm worried that all this time I've been using too much without knowing about it, and secretly owe money for data overages. Thanks.

Is the underwear that I buy at a store such as walmart going to also be clean? No need to wash them? Wasn't sure if there's a chance that the someone had used them prior to me purchasing (like trying them on and returning them).

I'm going on to my fourth month now with a long term rental from Avis. I did happen to scratch and dent the bottom front portion a little bit when I was parking and I'm hoping that won't keep the representative from allowing me to continue the lease for another month. I'm otherwise a solid customer and completed his request of getting an oil change before the inspection. I'm worried he'll inspect the car, notice the damage, and say no to continuing the lease. I've been using it nightly to try to increase eyebrow hair growth. Not quite sure I'm seeing significant results at this point. Is there a chance it makes eyebrow hair growth worse? Is it possible that some hair could peel off if the eyebrow is pressed against something like a pillow for too long? Thanks.

I have moved out of my parents house and into a new place. For doing a USPS change of address order, I want it so that just I am supposed to get the mail I'm supposed to get at my new location. I just need to select 'individual' for the 'who's moving' part? I can just do this online through managemymove.usps.com? I don't want to make it so that I get all my parents mail by accident, and they're left wondering where it all went. Thanks.
