Why does the roman catholic church still have Christ on the cross?
since Christ Himself said "I am the resurrection and the Life." do they deny that Christ has risen and is no longer on the cross?
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoWhat do people think about Obama's Passover or Easter address to the nation of America?
the statement for instance where he mentions " I am my brother and sister's keepers.? Isnt that going against the Word of God where Christ mention "I am the good shepherd the keeper of the sheep, My sheep hear my voice and follow me." What exactly do you think Obama meant by that statement or that he mentions that"God loves everyone" whereas the Bible tells us. Jacob I loved but Esau I hated"

11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoWould atheists agree that believing in random creativity or the big bang explosion is no different?
believing in that a stick of dynamite, throwing it in a printing factory , and expecting the explosion to produce the "declaration of independence?
18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoIs insisting on special rights and complaining a sin?
In Numbers 11 verse 1 it is written "and when the people complained it displeased the Lord , and the Lord heard it, and His anger was kindled and the fire of the Lord burned among them and consumed them which were in the uttermost parts of the camp"
Paul tells us that the journey of the Israelites through the wilderness is as an example for us 1 corinthians 10 1-6, then when we complain and insist on special rights are we not displeasing the Lord God also?
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoWhy is it since Christ Jesus mission was to the lost sheep of Israel, and it was not until Pentecost did God?
not until Pentecost did God reach out to the gentiles beginning at Jerusalem, that it has become almost an exclusive non Jewish religion.? Since it was Christ disciples who were Jews, brought salvation in Christ to us. whatever happened to those early Jews who were followers of Christ?
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoWhy do atheists blame everything on God, when they believe there is no God.?
I cant see how they can blame God for anything at all, as they deny He exists, and if something doesnt exist, one cant put blame onto it either.
21 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoDo people have to earn the right to become a Jew?
I noticed Aravah saying that to someone who pretended to be a Jew, but who did apologize
for this, that she had not earned the right to be a Jew.
Isnt this the same as churches who preach that one can earn their salvation?
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoAsking the Jewish people, Moses often pleaded for the Jewish people when they erred in the wilderness?
and turned the wrath of G-d from them. Today since Moses has passed over the Jordan into the promised land, whom do they now depend on to intercede for them?
11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoHow many people believe in the replacement theology, that the church has become the New Israel?
According to "Israel My Glory" magazine the following churches which believe this are "The united church of Christ, Presbyterian church, the church of England, the united methodist church, the church of Scotland, the reformed church of America, the Roman Catholic church, Bethelehem bible college, world vision and the World council of churches, are the ones holding to replacement theology and and have no use for Christian Zionists, who believe that Israel, has a divine right to the promised land. These churches not only threaten Israel's existence, but also drive a wedge between Christians who hold to replacement theology and those of us that believe that God has not forsaken Israel but has a future. Jeremiah 20: 11 "For I know the plans I have for you, saith the Lord, To give you a future and a hope."
