Not strictly photographic but....?
As I have looked more at the photography section (trying to learn a little) I thought I would ask here.
Is there really any point in the thumbs up/down.
It seems that answers which actually answer the question often get a thumbs down, when long winded explanations which are often pretty confusing (especially to beginners) and don't really seem to be to the point get loads of thumbs up.
Is it just a bit cliquey here or is this just the way things are?
