I have had bad sleeping habits since I was 13 and now I'm 19. I haven't slept for 3 days straight now. It all started last Wednesday. when I wasn't able to go sleep, I would force my eyes closed with a blindfold and get about 3 to 4 hours of shut eye. From last Wednesday till Sunday night I have only slept 13 hours or less and then from Monday through Thursday morning 6:14 am I haven't slept a single minute.

I feel so sleepy and have been taking melatonin to go to sleep but its not working. IM SO TIRED MY EYES DON'T WANT TO STAY OPEN BUT WHEN I CLOSE THEM I DON'T SLEEP. IM NOT EVEN THINKING ANYTHING AT ALL BESIDES COUNTING SHEEP OR RECITING PI. I'm not depressed I'm certain of that.

Any advice would help and I'm seeing a doctor today after my school ends

Ok so originally I'm from Pakistan however people always assume I'm either Hispanic, Iranian, and European oriented. I'm a very unorthodox Pakistani Muslim whereas I grew up pakistan, Saudia Arabia, and Germany and i don't follow or preach of Islam's teachings nor am I bound by them. Recently I have been learning about the Islamic empire and its rapid growth which has peaked an interest in me to learn about my own country.

I have already researched the main history of Pakistan thanks to Wikipedia to which I have learned that my family comes from Kashmir which explains my family's European features as Kashmir was a stop on the Silk Road.

So my question is that

WHAT ARE SOME THINGS TO BE PROUD OF PAKISTAN. So I can show off to my friends like a soccer team (which is trash)

Hello I have finally found out that I want to be a doctor in the near future but don't have a justifiable reason for it. I mean I only want to become a doctor because I love the sight of blood and enjoy seeing the never ending misery that everyone calls life. I just don't understand I have talked to numerous people who want to become doctors and they positive reasons but mine are just so un appealing I mean I don't even want to help people I just enjoy watching act out their lives in blood. Is this a wrong thing for me to do?

Im aware that this medication treats infections but what what's happens if you don't have an infection. Because I had surgery last week And am not sure of If I have an infection

I just got an ACL reconstruction surgery and was prescribed Vicodin to relieve pain. Right after surgery they gave me many IV painkillers but none of them seem to work the only thing that relieved my pain was Vicodin and now that I'm home I've been taking two pills each time because the pain is too much to bear with. Every time I take two pills they start working in about 30 minutes and only relieve pain for about four hours after that the pain comes back I don't know what to do should I overdose a little like 3 pills because I can't seem to sleep.

Please help

Is there any cream out there that will lighten my tanned face and maybe my arms. Thanks

originally i am of Pakistani decent. All through out High School people have mistaken me to be jewsish or puerto rican and before going to college i got a pretty deep tan that went away a little bit but not all. i have tried washing my face a lot and avoiding the sun but my skin doesn't return to its former pigment. These days people mistake me for being indian and its not that i have something against indians i just don't want to be called any ethnicity because I dont want to associated with any culture because i find them uninteresting. because i would rather be considered a false ethnicity because it doesn't relate me to anyone from my family.

I'm getting surgery for my ACL ligament and was wondering what will i get after the surgery. i know for a fact that i will get crutches for probably a month. so I'm just wondering that will i get anything else like some medicine to relieve pain.

I'm feeling pretty dizzy right now and i don't know why. i make sure to at least eat a little everyday but i don't look forward towards eating at all its like i have lost all of my appetite and i don't know why. i have been taking countless showers and walks through out the day because i constantly feel like that either I'm going to puke or pass out.

is there anything i can do to make myself feel better?
