i have a varying bp some times it is 140/90 max some times it is 120/80 ,do iam a bp patient?
iam not always having a constant bp diastalic goes up to 85 and healthcare peoples has adviced me not to lift weights(gym excersice) ,but no one has prescribed me for medicine do i have to go for further diagonise?
