ok, here's me trying to understand something.

A man falls in love with a woman at work. He waits for her for 4 months until she finally is free to be with him, they get together. They know very little about each other, but are head over heels in love. Then, only 6 weeks into the relationship he asks her to marry him. 1) he only knows her "best behaviour" so far 2) he says it feels right....

Why such a drastic step? Does he know what he's doing? Is he serious?

About her: She thinks it's a little early but is so overwhelmed and in a love rush that she says "yes" almost without hesitation, thinking, they will grow strong together, whatever happens.

8 months down the line he breaks up with her: He doesn't wanna have to work on a relationship...

PS: He's 35 years of age, she's turning 30 soon

(-I'll be 30 next year.) Two years ago we started a music course for kids together with our mother. It would be absolutely amazing if it wasn't for the two of us! There's constant tension and friction between us. She has helped the course a great deal by doing most of the organisation but last year that turned into some kind of powergame, where she felt she had a right to claim being the "boss" of this course and conducted me around. Afterwards we talked about it and planned to do things differently this year.Therefore I went to see her (900km away) in order to set things up for next year, this time as a team. That part worked fine, but we acted like a bunch of springs that were ready to snap at any moment around each other.On the last night there we had a huge fight, so horrible that neither has contacted the other since, both horrified for it to happen again. Should I drop out of that course for the sake of our relationship? Another week like that would drive me crazy!!

We've been a couple for over half a year; everything started off in a real love-rush, admittedly fast. Due to job situation I had to move to another country, but he soon decided to follow me. Now that he's taken the decesion and is facing the consequences, he suddenly fears he might not be able to give me what I need/want, he questions the truth of his feelings for me, he doubts or doesn't trust in himself.

However his actions towards me are always full of affection and care, he is considerate and thoughtful; from his eyes I can only read love. He also says he misses me when we are not together and he enjoys us being together.

Neither of us have ever experienced such a great love and understanding before.

Still, there are moments of uncertainty and then we both panic. I am confused. Have even proposed to leave him alone for a while, but he doesn't want that either (and neither do I!)

I am trying to keep calm about it, but it's hard. So, what do you think I should do?

I'm moving to De Hague, the Netherlands in January07, but haven't found a place yet. I would like a 2-3 room appartment with own kitchen and bathroom, not going above 650€ all in, good if less! I'm a musician, so I should also be able to practise there.

We, my boyfriend and I are going to Amsterdam 2-6 june 2006 and are looking for a double room at an affordable rate. hotels in Amsterdam are "veel te duur"!! (way too expensive).

I've suffered from hayfever on and off for years. This year it started without warning in April instead of July. I don't want to take the usual anti-hystamines as that would again be just fighting the symptoms, as opposed to clearing the system of this allergic reaction. Can anyone help? Is there an immediate relief?

I want to concentrate on the north, as it will still be winter then. and I am travelling by myself, so what are the dont's and the do's?
