It has been quite some years since I was in Russian but, at that time, each hotel had a person sitting at a desk who entered timings into a book when you came and went. What is the Russian name for that job?

Since it was written that Jesus would be betrayed, surely God had to provide the means of that betrayal and Judas had to have been chosen for that purpose. In all other respects, Judas was a meticulous treasurer to the group with an active social conscience (since he protested that the expensive oil used by Mary on Jesus's feet could have been sold and the money given to the poor). He was pretty sure Jesus would save Himself, so thought committing Him into the hands of the priests would progress Jesus's ministry. Surely he wasn't an evil man?

When you opt to answer a question you have to write in the box marked "Your Answer". At the top right hand corner of that box is the spell check. The same goes for asking a question. Sorry guys, but some of you really need to use it. Am putting this under "religion and spirituality" because this is where I have found most spelling errors.

I am a pensioner with bad eyesight and the old Yahoo Mail system was great for me. The new Beta system is too small and crowded - without the dividing line between message notification. For the last few days the old system will not allow compose/reply. Why? Are we being forced into the new system?
