In the real world there are NO such things as progressive moderate Muslims. There are Muslims who dont have enough numbers to influence the democratic system, but as soon as they do they attempt to introduce Sharia, and other changes, which are not really compatible with western values.

A pregnant woman goes to court to show the court in Pakistan that her choice of husband was of her own choosing. Outside the courthouse she is shot at and then stoned to death with house bricks by her family. What sort of religion is this?
She has been to Court,yet the family take a "law" into their own hands and stone her to death!
