  • I annoy people and can't work out why?

I annoy family, friends, random people at parties I just met (which obviously isn't going on with covid right now) and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I'm quiet, I avoid controversial topics or teasing people, I stay out of people's way, I don't fidget and try to be polite and thank people for things.

If anyone can think of recommendations for other things to avoid doing I'd love to know.

I don't have a wide range of social experience and am terrible at reading expressions. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

  • Name of children's animated movie? (green grasshopper brooch/underwater)?

I really don't remember much about it but this is what I can remember:

    It came out before 2005.

It's not Ariel, Atlantis or Pinocchio. I'm really pretty sure it's not made by Disney or Pixar.

It might have came on a videotape that had other short children's films on it as well.

It was a western style 2D animation. Quite a lot of squash and stretch if I remember rightly (like Fleischer Studios or Cuphead)

The main two humans were a boy and a girl.

There was a emerald cricket/grasshopper brooch that came alive at one point and the story heavily revolved around it. They lose the brooch at one point.

There was an underwater city or castle. The girl might have nearly drowned, did the brooch give them air underwater?

Thank you all for any answers. I've been looking for the name of this for years now. :)

  • long tearm problems with tiredness, cold and coughing?

So I've had this for about two/three years now and my local doctor can't think of anything it could be. I'm not seeking a definite answer just things to suggest to my doctor.

So I've had low energy for most of my life, that part's not new, what's newer is that any mild exercise comes with major effects afterwards.

The most extreme example was when I was working as a cleaner two years ago: After an eight hour shift plus two mile cycle back home my body would just crash. I'd be too tired to move from my bed for the rest of the day and only half functioning the next day, I'd have a dry cough that would last till the next morning and I'd be freezing cold to the point blankets did nothing and I'd need an external sorce of warmth.

Since then I lost my job due to tiredness, and have fewer days where I push myself to those extremes. However going for a walk will still result in me needing sleep and warmth after, and in winter I can barely go outside without this annoying thing kicking in.

At this point the cough is a consistant thing that's probably just habit more than anything most of the time.

The most annoying thing is the tiredness, I was actually wondering if it was chronic fatigue, but the coldness and cough make me think its less likely.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas of what could be causing this?

  • What notes are on a 17 key kalimba?

So I just bought a 17 key kalimba, I heard it was an easier instrument to learn and I have little to no music experience.

I've learned one song so far but it was written out like this:

    3 6-1 1* 7 6-1 3* 4-2* 5-7

Basically just the marking on my kalimba keys.

The next song I wanted to learn was on sheet music. I can't find any info on which keys on a kalimba are which notes in sheet music.

These are the markings carved into each key on my kalimba:

    D**2, B*7, G*5, E*3, C*1, A6, F4, D2, C1, E3, G5, B7, D*2, F*4, A*6, C**1, E**3

But the very simple instruction booklet also had them listed as this, without context:

    D6, B5, G5, E5, C5, A4, F4, D4,C4, E4, G4, B4, D5, F5, A5, C6, E6

So can anyone tell me what note each of the keys are? I have three E keys, I'm assuming one's normal, sharp and flat but have no idea which is which.

I may not even be calling things by the correct names, as I said I have little to no music playing experience. I hope the infomation I've given is enough. Please help, I know this is really basic stuff but I'm not finding anything searching online. :/

  • I'm thinking of quitting college. What should I do with my life?

I'm home educated, so no qualifications, and my only real skills and intrests are in art.

I'm currently in college, it's free here, but the stress and enviroment are driving me to insanity. I'm learning animation but not intrested in it more than other art.

My mum is having serious money troubles, I can't move back to her for free. She lives in the middle of know where so I'm unlikely to find work there.

I also don't have the money to rent a flat in a city without the college's support. With my lack of skills and qualifications I doubt I'll find work that can pay for a flat and food.

College is currently taking up all my time so I can't really build up an online presence or reputation to sell my art with for now at least.

College has taught me that I value free time more than achieving something.

Can anyone see another path I could go down? I'm running round in circles here.

  • Name of children's cartoon/anime movie? (green cricket brooch? )?

I probably last watched this when I was five so I really don't remember much about it but this is what I can remember:

It was a cartoon or anime but very detailed( or at least for those styles) and was done in an older style,

the main two humans were a boy and a girl,

there was a green cricket brooch that came alive at one point and the story revolved around it,

there was an underwater city or castle,

they lose the cricket brooch at one point,

and the girl might have nearly drowned.

Thank you alot for any answers. I've been lookig for the name of this for years now. :)

  • Looking for the name of a specific time travel anime?

I watched this probably about ten or so years ago and really want to find it again.

This is what I can remember of the anime:

The main theme was time travel,

The main characters were a boy, a girl and a professor,

The professor's lab might have been made of glass with a lot of plants in it,

Lots of mushroom cloud explosions( possibly at least one in each episode I've seen,)

    Cavemen( possibly dinosaurs,)

The main villainess was blond wearing a black swimming costume with a diamond shaped hole for her belly button( or it might have been a very low neckline,)

    it was in English,

    there was a time machine,

It was probably aimed for quite a young audience( say pokemon age group)

' Time' might have been in the name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. :)
