So we been colleagues and eventually become best friends . People at our office thinks we are pair but we were not . We became real close friends in 1 one year , we hangout together at the weekends even thou we spend 5 days at work together , we find reasons to be together when we were close . Then problems raised , her BF asked her not to go pout with me and stuff . Then i realized she is been going away from me . Then she found small mistakes to fight with me .Then end up not talking in weeks . It was always me who went down the apologized even thou i was right coz i dont wanted to lose her . Then things changed she started avoiding me , hardly reply my texts and wont return my calls . I tried to talk to her many time . Left many facebook messages , whatsapp ! Then she blocked me from whatsapp. Recently after 5 months i met her at our mutual friends wedding she asked me how i am doing i said i am okay . i could nt talk much coz it was very awkward , But i left texts when i came out of the function but she never responded . After 2 months i got a whatsapp message from her asking how am i doing . i was happy and i replied but she never responded after that . So now am so confused, tried to call her , left her texts then she responded saying she sent that text by mistake . Now i think i have had enough . i want to end up things between us . Its been 9 months since i been trying to win her back . Friends please help me here . What should i do ? leave her a message ? block her off facebook ? Help me please

The other day my employer suggested I get some help with my anger.

I am not sure if I have a problem but I do lose my temper very easily, mostly for no reason at all.

Several hours later after losing my temper at something or someone I will be even madder at myself for losing it and will tell myself what a loser or worthless person I am.

Maybe I am just a big baby that can'tt deal with things when they don't go my way?

Anger and sadness are the only emotions that I feel.

I am very withdrawn and after work just come home and watch TV then go the bed.

The other week at a company meeting there where no chairs available in the back, the only ones available where in the front.

I always try to be where I will not be noticed. I could not handle this so I just snuck out and went home.

I am very shy and have not had a relationship in over 3 years – could this be why I am so angry and sad?

I have a few friends and once a month or so I will go out, but mostly I prefer to stay home and be by myself.

Sometimes at work I think people are talking about me.

Or, they are not giving me certain tasks or taking some of my tasks away and giving them to others because they think I cannot handle any more stress, or they think I would lose my temper with a client.I am always checking out what task other employees are getting to see if this is true and it never is.I think about suicide but do not have the guts to do it. When I go to bed I hope that I do not wake up and just die of natural causes and go to a better place.Am I a mean person, spoiled brat, too weak to handle daily stress, hypochondriac or schizophrenic?
