  • What are the best ways to open your 7 chakras?

Is there anyone on here who is interested in meditation and mindfulness? I just recently decided to attend a class and have been since late December last year because I thought it would help me with my depression & anxiety issues plus help me sleep better. What are the best ways to open your chakras? I already know that using the “om” chant helps open the heart chakra but what else can I do to open the 7 chakras?

  • Does this sound like someone with narcissistic personality disorder or borderline ?

So I recently had a falling out with my biological sister a few weeks ago because she started harassing and bullying me on Facebook because I told her that I didn’t trust her because she kept interfering with my personal life all the time and she kept telling me I needed help because I show narcissistic and manipulative traits apparently but she was the one accusing me of manipulating and blame shifting her when she was doing the same things to me, I hadn’t seen her for years until my adopted Mum (biologically our great auntie) passed away back in 2019 but yet she expected to have my full trust already even though we barely had any contact over the years, I finally decided I had enough of her behaviour and blocked her on Facebook but then she went on her old Facebook account and started harassing me, then I blocked her on that account as well but then she created a new Facebook account under a different name and threatened that she would keep making Facebook after Facebook until I heard her out. My sister kept sending me screenshots during conversations she had with our Auntie trying to prove she said bad stuff about me behind my back calling me manipulative and a narcissist, my sister even threatened to print out the screenshots and post them to me if I keep refusing to read them but what is messed up is she was trying to prove stuff our Auntie said about me during their conversations she also accused me of as well but calls out our Auntie for the same things she called me.

  • What makes a narcissist act possessive and become obsessed with someone when that person has had enough of their narcissistic behaviour?

Apparently it is known that a narcissist hates you for loving them so why do they sometimes act possessive and become obsessed with someone when they leave them alone ? Is it because they are afraid of losing you or they realise what they have lost?

  • Has anyone else had this issue with Menulog before ?

So I ordered dinner tonight via the Menu Log app and i’ve been contacting their customer service back and forth because my food never showed only for my food to come almost 4 hours later which I had already lost my patience by then and ordered something else for dinner, on the bright side though they gave me a $35 voucher and plus I have dinner sorted for the next couple of nights lol . Can you really blame me for losing my patience though?

  • Should we be less judgemental and empathise with a narcissist ?

I mean the reason someone develops this disorder in the first place is mostly due to child hood trauma and not receiving enough love and affection from their family etc so it’s not really their fault right? Whether that may be the case or not what is disheartening is that people with this disorder won’t get help. I’m not saying anyone should stay and put up with their behaviour because the chances of a narcissist getting help is slim to none snd most likely will never change who they are but you can still love and care for a narcissist from a distance right?

  • Why do narcissists punish those who love them ?

I mean why do those with a narcissistic personality disorder think it’s ok to manipulate and control people who love them? Do narcissists loathe themselves that much that they take it out on those who love them the most by punishing them when all they want to do is show that they care? It doesn’t make sense to me that a narcissist wants the attention, validation and approval

of other people but when they get it they push those away who give it to them, I will never really understand it.

  • Why are people with BPD capable of love but not those with NPD?

It has come to my understanding that both of these personality disorders develop in people due to child hood trauma and lack of receiving love & affection as a child by their parents etc but why are people with borderline capable of giving and receiving love while those with a narcissist personality  disorder are not? It is said that people with borderline also have narcissistic traits but if that’s true why are they so different compared to someone with narcissist personality disorder?

  • I think this woman I met on a lesbian dating site tried to scam me ?

A woman I met on a Lesbian dating app almost two weeks ago who I thought I really liked and started being in a relationship with  was asking me for money, first she told me she only needed two dollars only to turn around and say it was a mistake then said she needed $300 then again saying it was $2000. She told me it was to help her pay for her permanent visa residency to live in Australia as she apparently only just moved here from Spain before the pandemic and told me she needed help paying her house bill etc plus also needed money so she could travel to come see me in Melbourne as she lives in Sydney supposedly. She said that she was having issues setting up a bank account and even asked me to get one set up for her before she started asking me for money. Although I suggested to her to try calling centrelink or salvation army to help her or create a gofundme page but she refused and kept asking me for the money, I even offered to put in a care request to my church to help her with her finances and give them her contact details but she immediately assumed that I was going to get the money from my church and send it to her. Thing is she knew I was on the disability pension and didn’t have that kind of money but she kept asking me anyway, I feel like she was trying to take advantage of me and only wanted my money although she claimed she would pay me back. I knew she was breadcrumbing me for a reason, I just couldn’t put my finger on it at the time but now I know why.

  • Do you agree that communication is important in a relationship ?

I met a woman on an LesbianSingles app just over a week ago, we exchanged numbers on WhatsApp to get to know each other better. At first we were texting each other quite a bit and a few days ago she asked me if I would be her girlfriend, we both agreed to stop talking to other people and delete the dating apps, with that being said now she rarely texts me anymore and I can’t even ask her how she’s going or what she’s been up to without her cutting me off. I feel like we don’t communicate enough and we literally go for hours without talking to each other but when I confronted her about it she claims she’s been busy but I feel like she doesn’t really want me in her life but she claims that she loves me yet she only has time for me when it suits her. It’s already difficult enough that we are in a long distance relationship because we live in two different states, we can’t see each other due to living in different parts of the same country plus with covid 19 restrictions being enforced, I feel like she is breadcrumbing me although she may or may not be doing it deliberately. Without constant communication I don’t really know if this relationship is going to work, I think I would be better off trying to find someone closer to me that lives in the same state, being in a long distance relationship isn’t easy. I really like this woman though so l don’t know what I should do.

  • How do you know if Gods will for you is to be single or in a relationship/married?

As a Christian does God have a particular person out there for everyone and how do you know if his purpose for you is to be single or in a relationship and if it is his will for me to be single, how do I know if it’s only temporary or for the rest of my life and how do I find out what his purpose for me is as a single woman. And if it is his will for me to be in a relationship with to marry and start a family with someday. How do I know if I have found the right person? I want and need someone I can have an emotional and spiritual connection with. For me it’s not just about sex but to also have a real connection with that person. I’m looking for someone I can spend the rest of my life and grow old with. I’m looking for real true love that lasts forever, not just a fling or temporary love.

  • Would you recommend EHarmony as a good dating app?

I’ve been on there for nearly two weeks now but no luck, it’s supposedly one of the best dating apps out there but i’m starting to think it’s not as great as it’s made out to be or maybe i’m just not great at choosing the right man for me or perhaps most of the men on there just aren’t what i’m looking for, I don’t think it’s my approach that’s the problem but rather I am not looking in the right places for love. I would try my church but I feel like most of the men and even women at my church are already married or in a relationship, I don’t really know any women at my church that are lesbian/bi and just about all the men I have met from there are already married or in a relationship. I’m 30 years old and havens  never been with a man or woman before and sometimes I feel like God wants me to stay single for some reason. Whatever that reason may be I don’t know but being single gets lonely and I don’t understand why God would want me to remain single and I am starting to wonder if he wants me to be single forever.

  • Why are people so mean ?

I think i’m starting to see why most people have stopped coming to Yahoo Answers for advice or to ask for their views etc on things because some people on here come off as very rude and judgmental. I think I might stop coming on this site myself, people are horrible and then they wonder why some of us have trust issues. This isn’t the first time i’ve dealt with rude people on Y/A or on social media in general either. This is why I am afraid to open up to people because they are mean,  I am a decent person and I don’t deserve to be treated in that way. Why can’t people be more understanding of other peoples issues instead of judging them all the time? I’m starting to think we have a lot of narcissists on here.

  • Why is it so difficult as a woman to find a decent man to go on a date with?

I’m bi so i’m attracted to both sexes but i’m starting to give up on love when it comes to men, either they only want sex and the good decent men out there seem to be too picky and majority of the good men out there are probably already married or in a relationship, I think I should go lesbian. Maybe I’ll have better luck with a woman haha 😂😂

Then again I feel like I am one of the only few decent women out there left too so maybe not.

  • Are their any men out there these days that are actually interested in building a relationship with a woman rather then want sex immediately?

So far every guy I have met on a dating app, they only seem to want sex or they don’t seem to want to wait until after marriage or build an actual relationship with me emotionally before getting intimate with them. Am I missing something here or are most if not all men are only after sex these days?

  • Is it possible to be in a romantic relationship without having to compromise too much?

While i’m interested in having a romantic companion in my life, I feel to achieve that i’m going to need to compromise a lot and give up a lot of things like my freedom & independence first of all, sadly I didn’t get to have much of that in my younger years and just after losing my Mum a couple of years ago and cutting off toxic family members out of my life. I’m still just getting used to having any control over my life and I don’t know if I am or if I will ever be ready to give up my freedom and independence.

  • Would it be rude to stop replying and avoid someones text messages  and calls if you are not interested in them anymore ?

So I met a couple of guys on two different dating apps and I exchanged numbers with both of them to get to know them better, i’ve been in contact with them for about just over a week now but i’m starting to realise neither of them are what i’m looking for and I think both of them aren’t being completely honest with me about their intentions, I think they are both just in it for the sex and are not really interested in building a relationship with me. I believe they are just telling me what I want to hear, Is it considered rude to ignore them if you are not interested anymore or should I just tell them the truth and explain to them how I truly feel? Also I prefer to date a Christian as I am one myself and I don’t think either of these men are Christian or even religious for  that matter.
