So this week my friend has had 5 panic attacks, at school, and in front of me. I'm really stressed, I was close to shouting at my teacher which made me feel guilty later, and this is my second week of high school. Yes, Im in 9th grade. Im really confused and I also feel like I have depression but I'm too scared to admit it to my parents. They wont believe me, because I'm smiling and supposedly happy on the outside. But in my room when I think too much I hyperventilate a little then sob and spaz out. Like squeezing all my muscles. I feel angry, sad, guilty, and confused all at the same time and it feels horrible. Telling myself I need to stop, it just makes me feel pathetic. Its like that for about 10 minutes, longer on my bad days. I haven't told anybody this, because everyone is under the impression I'm happy and cheerful and carefree all the time. I stayed to that bad habit since second grade when my dad refused to have me skip school because this one girl was telling everyone not to play with me. I just cant deal with it anymore, I thought about talking to my counselor but she will just go call my parents! Help me :(

Surfing the web and it came up. Is it a hoax or what? Saw it on CNN. I know he does drugs or stuff and its still early but is the runoff real?

Oh.My.Gosh. I'm trying to watch Spongebob then all of a sudden,

"This is a special announcement" and shows a ridiculous clip of something disturbing and stupid.

And takes away my childhood in 3 seconds. I mean, seriously. Nick needs to stop trying.
