So im just barely starting out on my healthy habits journey and i was wondering if you all have any tips on how i should start.

The volume knob on my guitar just recently came loose and now in order for it to make any noise i have to hold it in a certian position. will I need to replace the knob or can I just tighten it? Oh I have a BC Rich Celtic Virgo if that helps anything

Ok, so this morning I woke up and I had a sharp pain in my chest. I thought nothing of it at the time, I figured I might have slept weird and its what caused my discomfort. Now it is 11hrs later and it seems to have gotten worse. I recently got myself an electronic cigarette and I'm wondering if the two are related. But I also had asthma as a kid so maybe that might be recurring? Anyway I was wondering if any of you might have any insight of have had something similar happen to you.
