  • What the heck is Draymond Green rambling about...BEST defender ever?! 😂😂?

I'm curious to know where y'all would rank Draymond among the best defensive players in the NBA, past and present.  Me personally, Michael Jordan would outrank him, the late Kobe Bryant (underrated defender IMO)...I'll stop at those 2, though I can probably think of another 10-20 players that were or are better than him.  But what do y'all think?? 🤔🤔

  • What's happened to Liverpool?

Oh, boy.  First Burnley, now they suffer a 2nd consecutive home defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion.  And it seemed to me they were outplayed.  What is wrong with the defending Premier League champs...?? 🤔🤔

  • Wild card weekend picks?

Who do y'all think goes forward to the divisional round of the 2019-20 NFL playoffs??  Here are the matchups (byes: Ravens, Chiefs, 49ers, Packers):

    AFC: Titans (6) @ Patriots (3), Bills (5) @ Texans (4)

    NFC: Vikings (6) @ Saints (3), Seahawks (5) @ Eagles (4)

I take the Titans, Bills, Saints, and Seahawks.  I will say the Seahawks worry me the most...🤔🤔

  • 1 / (x/0) = 0...wait, isn't this undefined...?

There was a recent question regarding a trigonometric equation, 1/sec(x) + 1/csc(x) = 1. Other posters as well as myself disproved this equation. I had an idea this equation wasn't true for any real x, but I was hesitant to say that was the case. I looked into various math websites expecting to get a message saying 'no solutions found'. Instead, I'm getting x = 0, π/2, and all of their coterminal equivalents as valid solutions. But if that's the case, that would mean 1 / (1/0) = 0 as sec(x) is undefined at π/2 + nπ and csc(x) is undefined at nπ, if n is an integer. How in the world is 1 / (1/0), or for that matter 1 / (x/0) equal to 0, I thought these are undefined...?? I must be missing something...

  • Ajax 2-3 Tottenham...all English Champions League final verified!!!!?

I don't know which 2nd leg made me drop my jaw more. I was already stunned by the Reds' rally yesterday, now here we have Ajax up 3-0 on the aggregate at the half, only to see Lucas Moura score a hat trick and send Spurs through on away goals -- the last of which came at 90' + 6'. I'm going to pose the same question I did with Barca/LFC. Spurs win or did Ajax choke????

  • Liverpool 4-0 Barcelona...great Liverpool comeback or horrible Barcelona choke?

I have to admit, I got this so horribly wrong. Mo Salah got injured in the Reds' win @ Newcastle, and I seriously believed they were screwed without him in this leg. Yet a pair of goals each from Origi and Wijnaldum... I owe a huge apology to you, Liverpool. You had plenty more gas in your tanks than I thought. Now, on the Barca side, what was that?! You can't just rest on your lead and expect to coast through, you're better than that!!!! 😡😡😡😡 Apparently you decided to pull a PSG, and y'all know the reference. So, what do y'all think??

  • Thoughts on the selection of this year's 4 college playoff teams...did the committee get it right?

It's old news by now, but the final 4 are set:

    1) Clemson vs. 4) Alabama (Sugar Bowl)

    2) Oklahoma vs. 3) Georgia (Rose Bowl)

Me personally, I think this is fair. But I wanna know from y'all if there's a screw job (I know there are yeses from an obvious camp). Please, share your thoughts!

  • Thoughts on the USMNT failing to qualify for the 2018 World Cup?

Yeah, this is no misprint. The USMNT beat Panama 4-0 over the weekend and managed to choke it all away by losing to Trinidad and Tobago--and Honduras and Panama both won their matches, ensuring the USA will not be in next year's World Cup in Russia. Frankly, I'm ticked off; Bruce Arena had one job and he flunked miserably. He should resign because you know he will get axed for this. Just want to know some of your thoughts...what an absolute abysmal failure...

  • What are your thoughts on Michael Felger going ham on Al Horford missing the Celtics' win in Miami due to the birth of his second child?

For those of you who haven't heard or read the details, Horford missed the game because of 'personal reasons'. The news broke later that he and his wife, Anna, welcomed their newborn daughter. Michael Felger of Comcast SportsNet New England felt the need to rip him and basically said he could have waited until after the Miami game to see his baby girl. I personally think Felger should shut up and get over it, because most working average Joes would take time off to do the same thing Al did. Felger himself could have done it for all I know. But what are your thoughts...should Al have played against the Heat or was he justified in seeing his daughter?

  • Should Dennis Wideman's career be over if proven Dan Henderson's neck injury is career-ending?

Yes, I'm sure many, even most, heard of the incident between the Calgary Flames' Dennis Wideman and his crushing hit on NHL linesman Dan Henderson. The resulting hit left Henderson with ruptured disks in his neck and required surgery. Now, there are fears that Henderson's career might be done after this, and that is not shocking. What was outrageous to many people was Wideman was originally suspended 20 games, served all but 1 game of it before an arbitrator halved the suspension, which IMO is complete BS because Wideman had enough time and distance to control his own momentum and not cause that horrific hit. I haven't seen him enough to call him a 'dirty' player, but this was unquestionably a dirty hit. I want to know...if Dan Henderson is forced to retire after the surgery and all, should Dennis Wideman's career be over, too? I'd like to think so...and that's not even considering the civil suits that I'm sure will be filed.

  • It's official...Dwight Howard is now a Hawk!?

Yes, you heard me. This just breaking: Dwight Howard has signed a 3 year deal with Atlanta worth a total of $70.5 million ($23.5 M per year). To be honest, I absolutely am DISGUSTED...yes we need a center, but I feel we could have done better than Howard. He's a cancer everywhere he goes. I want to know...great signing, good signing, bad signing, or horrible signing (if given the chance I'd go lower than horrible)??? Give me your thoughts. All fans of all teams are welcome to answer and expound.
