I'm 17, 5 foot 7 and weigh around 9 stone 12 (138 lbs). I think my body fat is around 20-25%.

I like to tense my biceps, and do it fairly regularly. It's not a vanity issue- I don't do it to look at my muscle, I just like the feeling of it being tensed.
