A friend and her 2 dogs are living with me for a few months between houses. I love her dogs and they love me. Only problem is they are constantly licking any exposed skin. If not one dog than the other. I tell them to stop and they do for 10 seconds and start again. Any insight and how to make it stop?

I'm kind of a sensitive person, keep in mind. I just read where the groomsmen wrote help me on the bottom of the groom's shoes. Neither of them knew (supposedly). The bride was upset. The comments were that the groom probably knew or did it himself and the groomsmen took the heat. Some brides can laugh it off but I would be embarrassed and upset. What can you do then? Everyone is watching.  What would you do with groom later?

My S.O. bought a gas grill and wants me to cook for him. I eat very little meat and unused to cooking it. I've made NY strip steaks medium and sirloin steaks rare according to what I've read on cooking websites. Both times SO and his10 year old son complained they were fatty and chewy. Also I made chicken breast kabobs on the grill and they both complained they were dry and chewy. In both cases I cooked them at 350 degrees. He said he has been eating steaks for years and knows they should be more juicy and tender. Can I please get advice on this?

My fiance was married for 18 years to ex. Both made excellent salaries.  He doesn't have a long life expectancy due to heart problems.  He told me his 401k worth over 1 mil goes to her. So does 1/2 mil life insurance.  His 1/3 mil house and savings goes to kids. I will be his wife  taking care of him as he fades. He doesn't feel the need to include me in anything financial. Because of his current health he'll never get a life insurance. We are in our 50's. Don't I deserve something especially since I will care for him when he's sick.?

I have an in-law that messes with me all the time. He tells me 2 people are fraternal twins and I later find out they aren't related. He tells me to look for a flower on the trail that I later find out doesn't exist after I spent the whole day looking. That kind of thing. Now people at work are doing the same thing. I get so sick of that crap.

I had friends over for dinner recently and made pot roast and home made bread. Their young son loved it so much he ate a ton and put some meat and veg on a piece of bread and was eating it like a fold over sandwich. The mom went nuts for playing with his food then sent him away from the table. Was that bad manners and playing with your food? It didn't seem like it to me.

I'm kind of embarrassed I need to ask

All the cats I've ever had were shelter or stray cats. Now I'm thinking about getting a Maine Coon. Has anyone ever had experience with getting MCC which are quite large, and housing them with a regular size cat. I have a 3 y.o. ASH female.Please advise.

I usually have female pets simply because the 1 male cat and 2 male dogs I've had peed all over everything and I never could break them of it fully. The cat was the worst and that was the only time I've ever re-homed a pet. I'm interested in getting another kitten maybe a male this time because I like their personalities. But I'm really gun shy regarding the territory marking. Can you tell me of your experiences with that, what you did and if you would ever get a male cat again?

Many doubt a woman will ever make it into MLB. But if one did, do believe that she would be hated and ostracized like Jackie Robinson or are men more evolved now? Although it's 2018 and you would expect something like that may happen, I often wonder if the other players would object and treat her badly.

In the process of messing with someone's head did they ever get overly stressed, had a breakdown, ended a relationship, due to your messing with them? Did it bother you?

Sometimes a person interferes in another person's life claiming they only want to help the other person. In really it is in their own best interest. They feel more comfortable with the outcome despite what the other person wants. And it is a serious boundary issue. It isn't passive-aggression . Is there a term for this behavior?

If one of your friends or family became a problem to your spouse would you go along with it or tell him/her if she doesn't like it than he/she could leave? Or did your find a compromise?

I hired a cleaning service and they sent someone today. She did a really great job but I couldn't believe when the app they used asked me what kind of tip I want to give her. I had an agreement with the cleaning service as to what I was going to pay. It was kind of awkward when I said no tip on the app.

For over 60 years my parents custom made their own Christmas cards. They just got this years' cards from the printer when my father passed away suddenly. Can we address the Christmas cards then write a thanks in them for the funeral and include that holy card they give you from the church? It's going to be really hard writing and addressing the last Christmas cards designed by dad.
