So what is happening is that what ever is between my forehead skin and forehead skull (I think my fat) i am constantly moving it. Can someone please recommend what type of doctor i can see that is able to scan or see what is going on between my forehead skin and forehead skull.

On January 27th, 2013 i uploaded a video for youtube with Swedish Mafia house song and some DBZ images. The video got some copy right issues like the Swedish Mafia house song and me using DBZ images, but i acknowledge third party ownership and there seems to be no copy right issue or strikes against me. But what is happening now is that my video is still in Video Manager but it has been removed from my Channel. The video had gotten apparently 66 views before it was removed from my channel. Can anyone please explain to me what is going on??? Thanks.

Currently i am a student in Ontario who always uses the bus to go to University. Recently i got my G2 with the help of a driving instructor and now the insurance company is forcing me on to my dads policy. My dad always drive the car to work, so there is no way i will be able to drive it. So why on earth am i being forced to pay for insurance?
