Well I always say today I am finally going to change, am going to be neater, write more, watch less tv, start working out... and it goes great for about a week, then it just goes down the drane. So how do I acctually change? How do I keep on going when I want to give up?

I have to write up one of the stories from my life, it will only be my second class and I don't know what I should write about, here are a few ideas

my wagon-nice sweet childhood memoery thats not to personal

finding out I have MS-it was very recent and its emotionally charged

the killer next door- lived in a duplex and the guy on the other side went a little wonkers and killed three people so its a scary true story sometimes the best

almost getting kidnapped- scary event that help shape my childhood
