should an employer tuition reimbursement revision affect those already enrolled? or would it only apply to new/future students?

Does anyone know whether or not MW3 will use dedicated servers for their online play? I'm curious after reading the review for Gears of War 3 and seeing that they will be using dedicated servers. I, personally, think that's the best way for it to be.

Huge LOST fan. I already own season 1-5 on bluray. I'm debating whether or not I should just buy season 6 or the entire collection. Part of me wants the extras that come with the collection but on the other hand, I think it would be smarter (and cheaper) to just buy the last season. I'm willing to trade-in seasons 1-5 but I guess I'm curious as whether or not the collection's extras are worth it?

Why is it that I'm always shot IMMEDIATELY by enemy aircraft? As soon as it's called in, I'm shot. I respawn, take 2 steps, shot again. I don't shoot, I have a silencer on my gun, laying in the grass in a corner, using cold-blooded pro & ninja pro - doesn't matter. My a** is shot. Is this bad luck of what?

Which one should I get? I beat (but didn't like) the first Bad Company but 2 is supposed to be so much better. Heavy Rain looks amazing and while I'm accustomed to RPGs like Fable, Mass Effect & Fallout, this looks slightly different.

For Valentine's Day, I've already gotten 2 cards and this huge teddy bear she said she wanted a few weeks ago. She's been working out consistently for the past 6 months or so. I pre-ordered M.E. 2. I received a redeem code for the Terminus Armor and gun (I think). Also, inside the case was a Cerberus Network activation code. When I entered that code, it prompted me to download Normandy crash site add-on and Zaeed (gunman for hire) add-on. When I went to my Xbox, the only thing I could download was the Terminus Armor & gun and the Normandy add-on. I see an article about Zaeed on the side but nothing to download it unless I pay 1200 MS points. Am I getting screwed out of a free download or was it a mistake in the first place? Anyone else experience this?

For Week 8, should I start Tony Gonzalez @ NO or Brent Celek vs NYG?

First, I really and truly love her. I don't want to be without her nor do I want somebody else. However, if leaving is what is need, leaving is what will happen.

With that said, I feel as though I've reached my limit with her. In her eyes, everything she does, say and think is right. No matter what I say, no matter how much what i say makes sense - it's wrong because if differs from what she feels. When I'm right about something, she almost acts as if it bothers her which is crazy because I'M TRYING TO HELP HER. She said she'd rather listen to and believe a professional but still questions them when their advice differs from her opinion. She claims she's tired of arguing and implies it's my fault. I ask simple questions and she blows turning it into an argument...but it's my fault. She's been caught in several lies that she still tries to justify, yet she can't understand why I have a trust issue with her. She thinks it's okay to be private and secretive but then asks why am I so suspicious of her.

Why am I being honest and open while she keeps a protective wall up? Why am I being so supportive and understanding when she can't even admit she's wrong SOMETIMES? When do I stop being supportive and thoughtful toward her feelings and start worrying about my own? I want to be there and help her but enough is enough.

While playing a Submission match, the meatflag glitched and could not be downed. After 40 minutes of BOTH teams trying to down him, I very reluctantly backed out along with most of the other players. Now we not only lose the match points but also another 1500! That was not the first time that's happened either. I understand trying to stop quitters but there has to be a better way. Maybe if you quit, you forfeit your points for that round or something like that.

Would you agree something needs to be changed? And has this ever happened to you?

I just bought this used and had high expectations considering it received a lot of perfect reviews. However, it fails in comparison to Saints Row 2 in my opinion. I'm curious as to what everyone else liked - maybe I missed something or didin't give it a fair chance.

I know Comcast put 250 GB usage cap on their service. There are 3 laptops using in various ways (videos, email, gaming, music), and a Xbox 360 & Wii for gaming. Would I have to worry about going over the limit?
