  • Two year old refusing milk?

Please help! My son has just turned two and has suddenly decided he won't drink milk anymore, he used to have it out of a bottle as he refused a beaker but is now refusing point blank. We have tried beakers of all shapes and sizes tried blending a banana in it, nesquick and kids carton milk and milkshakes. Also tried different temperatures, but he is starting to get suspicious about any drink we give him now. Any suggestions are welcome! Just want some peace of mind that he's getting the right vitamins he needs as he doesn't eat alot! Many thanks!

Hi, I bought the grafix baby mould handprint kit and theres no instructions in the box, it comes with a pack of gel that I think needs to be mixed with water and some plaster of paris to make a 3d print but not sure of quantities to mix etc, has anyone used this kit before or can suggest where to get instructions as I cant find them online?

  • Pram for newborn and nearly 2 year old?

I need to find a pram that is suitable for a newborn and a nearly 2 year old that has good reviews and doesnt break the bank. Ideally I would like a tandem one as these seem easier to get around with, any help would be gratefully appreciated! Thanks

  • Sinusitis symptoms, is this normal?

I'm a little bit concerned about some hard mucous like substance that's coming out of my nose. I went to the doctors and he said I had sinusitis and he's put me on antibiotics and a steroid nose spray but since then iv had hard lumps of mucus and blood when I blow my nose hard or sneeze, it has relieved some of the pressure but I'm just worried about what it actually is as at the top (sorry this bit sounds gross) it almost looks fleshy or like cartilage, just wanted to know if anyone else has had this or knows what it is?

  • Needs some help! Any creative people out there? ?

Hi, just need a bit of guidance, iv got a six month old son and i have 3 months before my maternity leave runs out, i really don't want to go back to my old job as the hours are rubbish and I really don't want to leave my son, we are also planning on moving so going back isnt really an option! I have been thinking of starting my own business and have so far come up with personalised baby gros and bibs, i have even bought a screen printing kit to make it look professional. I have also been working on personslised wine glasses which are starting to look pretty good. I just wanted to ask if any one else has either done this before or has any other ideas?Obviously it needs to be something I can do fairly easily as still need to look after my son at the same time! What kind of things would you buy?

  • Trouble with mother-in-law and baby and when should i leave him with a babysitter?

my m-i-l is constantly offering to babysit my 4 week old son, to the point where she offered to take him out in his pram when he was less than 24 hrs old, i kno she is only trying to help but i have to keep saying no because i dont entirely trust that she will do what i ask. She will do things such as pick him up without asking me first and take him into the back garden, i also had to ask her 3 times to give him back the other day when he was crying with colic, she then went on to suggest that i had made him worse by taking him off her!

My partner doesnt see that there is a problem and even has a go at me because his mum is only trying to help, i understand this but im a new young mum and she makes me feel uneasy with the baby. It is also my partners bday this weekend and mine was recent although i didnt do anything special as new baby took up most of time! He wants us to go for a night out with our friends, we have both agreed that if we do this we should leave him with my mum as i would feel more comfortable, she has also spent more time with us (was there at the birth!) and knows how i like things done, sorry about the rant but i guess what im asking is

    1) how can i explain that i dont feel comfortable leaving my baby with my m-i-l without causing a rift?

    2) is my baby too young to leave overnight at 4 and a half weeks? would this make me a bad mum?

sorry for huge verbal diahrea but feel slightly overprotective as baby was reall poorly with jaundice in first week and i still feel a bit shaky!

any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated!
