so I'm trying to buy a game in the playstation store useing PayPal but when I finish all the steps and pressing " pay now" it says "unable to add funds to your wallet, please try agein leater(3)"

more information to note:

it happend to me about a month ago and still it hasn't bean fixed

when i install the catalyst it is downloading and then stop in the middile and say "inf file not found"

I just finished watching it and it was GREAT!!!

I really liked the ending

I was happy and sad at the same time;)

It was my first mech anime and I'm sure I'm Gona keep watching them now

I only remamber the characters in those 2 animes so I will describe them

the first there was a teen with long ears black hair and some sort of light comeing out from one of his eyes

the secand is a singer with blue/cyean hair

she looks pretty young and she's the main character on her anime which I think I remember that it's a popular anime and I remamber pewdiepie did a video about it with the ocalus rift (not sure)

ive ot a weird bug that when i enter a video its automatcliy makeing it 360p and i change it it will drop to 240 and stop working

i found that if im doing it quickly before the page load,i can change it once

and if im entering a playlist,going for a different video,it change the video to hd till im quiting the playlist
