  • A New Build Gaming PC in the pipeline?

    I've almost decided to go ahead, and purchase the various components,

    (bearing in mind developments in the next 2-3 years or so)

    We have a:

    Intel i7 3930 processor

    6 (maybe 8) GB DDR3 1600 ram memory

    Nividia GTX 660 2gb graphics

    2TB Sata 3 HDD (I have an extensive, and I do mean extensive music collection)

    Haven't decided on which gaming case to select as yet - have two in mind.

    Win 7 Pro OS

    Any comments, thoughts, or alternative suggestions on this build would be appreciated.

    £12.000 is the planned spend - which includes a few little odds and ends.

    I'm a mechanical AND electrical engineer, so NO problems there!!

    Anyone using the paid service? I was thinking 50gb for irreplaceable files

    Have tried searching the 'top 10' in this field (no mention of them)

  • A very old movie downloaded - via torrent.?

    If I were to copy this to a CD/DVD, is there any way I can improve the overall play and sound quality which is quite poor?

    ANY suggestions, tips, or ideas would be appreciated.

    I did search at numerious sites, but only found one that had this movie.
