I want to go into property to support my income. What type of arrangement is more lucrative, property development, landlord, combination, HMO or 1 bedroom lets in an expensive area. How about the rent to buy, overseas development, holiday lets...

I need to get about half a mil in a few months. I want some suggestion on how this can be done legally. Gambling or lottery is out of the question. I even started a business to try to raise this, but i am nowhere near this figure.

It makes sense doesn't it. Only native americans are American with no prefix. You have Japanese americans, Jamaican Americans, Mexican americans for every single continent except Europe. Alarm bells! Why does that stop if your skin is white. Or Alternatively every American born in the US is american even if they are asian, black or white. So take a 'african american' who is like 20th generation american an a 1st generation American (i.e white american) hmm something smells fishy?

I get asked if im from Africa all the time as my great grand parents were from Jamaica, they may as well ask me if im algerian. Im third generation british, but still people think it is impossible to be black and British. In fact eastern Europeans and Italians are assume to british even when the can't speak a word of English. Yet as a native, im constantly told im foreign. In fact one woman told me English was not my first language, i was like yes it is. When i was in Mexico someone aske me where i was from and i said england, they were like no England is all white people. Oh and the Eygptian guy in London who told me i was not british, he however is british because he has a british passport after 2 years of UK residency. Ignorance always surprises me!

Racism is so difficult because there is no way of proving it. If I don't want an Asian person working for me I could find a million excuses such as not motivated enough or as barclaycard told me when i was rejected was 'your not special enough' I asked if there was anything in particular I didnt perform well in, they replied no, your performance was good. I am a straight A student with a top degree from a top University. I have all the talent &skills needed to do the job and out of the other candidates was clearly the best person for the job, but still they find an excuse to recruit the white candidate, with a poor grasp of English. Umm in my opinion English fluency i s needed to do the job. No one is perfect and clearly for a non white to get a job they ought to be perfection itself.
