Hi all.. I'm 30 weeks pregnant & been getting a lot of braxton hicks everyday, night even more so also makes me feel the urge to go to the toilet they are to a point I jump when they happen as they are so strong. Didn't want to call ambulance or midwife don't want to look stupid for being worried just any general advice that would help like how to stop myself from jumping when they happen ect or even how to calm them down would help. I have been feeling very low in myself due to pregnancy, I just feel frumpy ect and wanted to make myself feel better as that's why I though maybe a change in hair colour would help me feel a bit better I was wondering if it I safe to use while pregnant? Will hair dye affect my baby? Thanks in advance people!

Tmi in this post but please only serious replies. Since around week 15 I have been getting itching down below and discharge. It also don't smell too nice I have used canesten duo, and also not used any perfumes around that area when I used the pessery it stopped the itching for around 2 weeks now its back again it's so horrible!! And yeah I've been to the doctor all he does is give canesten duo.. But any home remedies? Also my grandmother, mother got yeast infection when they were pregnant with boys so maybe I have to just deal with it until baby is here? And no I don't know the sex of baby until Friday.

But any advice is welcome.

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and my back (lower back) is hurting like anything. In bed I can't lay on my back because if I move side ways it hurts also even now when I'm walking my back is hurting like there's a pin in it very upsetting as I love to walk but finding it difficult with this pain.

Over the past month or two anxiety has been getting the better of me. When I go out shopping or something I get really sort of clammy & my hands sweat its making me not want to go out. My heart races and breathing becomes faster it feels horrible when I'm out, sometimes I get it even when I'm in bed, so I was wondering if anyone else goes through this only since the past 2months its been happening. I love going out but this is a big problem and I hate it. Any ideas on how to calm yourself down whilst out or even at home or any general advice.

Been to the doctors hasn't helped in the slightest.

Right.. My wisdom tooth (bottom left) is hurting like hell but it seems to be more of a little bit of gum sticking out over it. I have tried drinking ice cold milk to try and numb it but think I have made it worse. I don't know what this bit of gum is doing there my wisdom teeth have been growing since I was 15 I am now 20 so 5 years of pain not constant pain but now and again.. But recently seen this bit of skin hanging over it but it feels swollen all around the tooth feels like I have a sore throat on one side the side of the affected area. Would really like some advice on relief thanks
