I dreamt of an obese baby girl sitting down looking at me. A lady came over to lift up the baby and handed her over to me. I held the baby for a few minutes and I handed the baby over back to the lady. The baby looked at me and said: "I like you." I walked away.

I was driving and all of a sudden a huge truck was on fire and the blaze hit me head-on, and I felt the heat in the dream. I held on to the wheels and I was wondering if I was still alive. I noticed a few black ashes on my face.

Interior of the grotto was made of salt. The area was very well lit with couple of book cases. While walking inside of the salt grotto I was in pure amazement. I picked up a few slabs of salt and put it in my mouth.

I was recently invited to a healing and miracle crusade, and some people were paralyzed hoping for a miracle. This wad my first time experiencing this phenomenal. I was wondering if it's scriptural?

I pray not to be Led in the counsel of the ungodly, however a few weeks later, I was invited to a Destiny conference at a local church, and there I picked up a flyer on healing crusade. How can someone discern if the Holy Spirit is present?

The interviewer blocked 1 hour on his schedule for the interview. The interviewer asked that I go over my resume, and after he will ask me a few questions. I went over my resume, and after the interviewer asked if I had any questions. I answered them. The interviewer yawned twice in the beginning of my introduction and when I was speaking. I did not take it personal I kept speaking (I said to myself that's a first). After he asked if I had any questions, I asked two questions. The interview ended at 4:15 pm. Towards the end of the conversation he said you will be hearing from the hiring manager. Did I do something wrong?

Pros: I was confident.

Cons: I was nervous because I had to call in from my cellphone, while glancing over to look at my resume and make eye contact while looking directly at the camera.

In order to develop a 10 year workforce projection do I need to develop the job titles first? The sector is Environmental.

The budget is 20 million. Projected hire of 500 professionals.

In the dream I was going to a presidential affair and the young man that was taking me chose to wear a khaki color suit. I said, why don't you wear something else, but he was set on wearing the khaki suit. While the young man was getting ready I notice an indigo blue boxer on the floor. I kept looking at the boxer thinking am I suppose to pick it up. I sat on the bed facing the corner of the closet and I noticed lint/dust. While sitting on the bed a tear came out my right eye, but did not drop. I kept thinking are those tears of joy?

The setting in the dream was the bedroom. The young man in the dream was very jovial.

I was part of this study group yesterday. The facilitator of the group showed a picture of this random guy, and she said solve this riddle "if you marry someone like him you constantly have to look for new opportunities", and she asked the group to solve the riddle. We know nothing about this stranger and the name of the stranger in the picture was not given to the group (he's not famous).

How do I go about solving this riddle? What are some clues I should look out for?

I never had this issue before from an organization rated 3 times in row from Inc. Magazine for best places to work for.

I was scheduled for a phone interview today by the organization's corporate recruiter. I was instructed in the e-mail that they were going to call me, however, the recruiter did not provide any number for me to call her. I waited and waited and I did hear from the corporate recruiter. I sent an e-mail and I did not receive a response back. I was very shocked because this a very reputable company. What should I do?

This dream appeared so real I even felt the pin piercing through my skin while laying in bed.

The dream started out with me having a conversation with this stranger. I don't remember the conversation, however, the lady pulled out a sewing needle with a round red top and pierced the needle through my skin (back). I looked at her and she said something in regards to fire. I looked back at her and said I have to go and tell my mom, and she said "not everything you must tell your mom."

In the dream I was sitting In a truck facing a wall. All of a sudden huge rocks/concrete fell on the truck, and continued to fall making really loud noises as they fell. I sat in the truck and I was not afraid. I hear a voice that said wait and more rocks fell on the truck. I still was not afraid until the last piece of rock caved me in, and I saw a waterfall coming from the wall. While I was looking at the waterfall a man with a praying shawl on his head came inside the car and rescued me. I did not see the man's face. When I get out of the truck I saw myself in an area that was under development. I saw two older ladies that I know in real life sitting at a table helping me with a business start-up.

I dream of sitting behind this guy in class that wore a straw hat with fringes. The guy kept rambling on about marriage and social life. I tried to hold my hand and I pull my hand away because the hat was wide and I could not see his face.

In the dream I noticed myself walking in a building where I used to work, and I entered the conference room where I saw a lot of people sitting around. I entered the room with a nice size of fatty steak, and I put it under the desk where I sat. I noticed other people in the room had different type of meat with them. The speaker was holding a chicken, and the person next to me had a piece of steak hidden under the desk.

Is it normal for an entrepreneur to work 7 years exploring different business opportunities, and not make no money at all? This entrepreneur applied for different jobs within his profession, and employers labeled him as high risk hire. One employer said to him, "You are 38 years old, we need someone younger." Would that be considered age discrimination?

What should he do?

My neighbor drives a 2004 Ford Explorer, recently she had some Spark Plugs issues, and the mechanic advised her to buy a new engine because she is driving on 5 cylinder versus 6, and the car shakes. For how long can she drive on 5 cylinder?

Should she buy a new engine or should she buy a new car?

I am a bit confused by these two titles, Director of Education Outreach, and Education Outreach Director, which of the two is correct?
