I live in quiet neighborhood. It's El Paso so it's desert. I'm thinking of dropping it off at the closest desert area. Because there are roads here all over the place. I've thought of just letting it go but I'm afraid it would get run over or die before finding shelter.

So I live with my Dad and brother. I get headaches everyday. I am working on getting better but nothing seems to work. Even alternative medicine.

Here's the thing, my sister whose 33, used to live 600 miles away. Now she lives in my city and has a key to the house and comes and goes as she pleases. Whenever I see her car pulling up driveway I get a surge of adrenaline and become very angry because I feel like she has 'the nerve' to come by and visit. It feels more like she's bothering me(!)

I have very little to talk about. As I don't feel well most of the time. Plus I don't work. Even though I wish I owned my own business. It's very hard to start one without money. I do know it should come naturally and should want to be social. It sometimes makes me happy when she visits.

Anyway, how do I get over this? She also brings her 3 kids which I love dearly and so do they. I wish I could be a better brother and uncle to them.

I try to open up to her, but I also don't want to hurt her feelings...

I recently bought a REFURBISHED Zune 120gb on eBay that had a NEW HARD DRIVE and BATTERY installed.

The only problem is I can hear it wind up like its struggling to find the next track. It also does it when in play. It's somewhat faint in that you can't hear it if you're listening to music, but it's there if I'm listening to an audiobook for example.

I find it distracting and annoying.

And sometimes it takes a couple seconds to find the track on the hard drive.

Has anyone had this problem with a new Zune? I have a Zune HD and neither of these problems exist with it.

You know, the usual. Toys, tools, and plastic containers containing miscellaneous stuff. I've already thrown a bunch of clothes away. The stuffs been out there for about 20 years and a lot of it is obviously smelly.

I'm thinking the temperature, which gets to be up to 140 in there I imagine (here in El Paso, Texas) has deteriorated and therefore made toxic the plastics and worn out other materials like clothing making it unusable. I want to share some of my old toys for the kids but...

I want to start donating plasma but I want to get my ears pierced. They don't allow anyone to pierce their ears within a year of donating. But I do know that if you do it right with sterile equipment it will be fine.

They gave me 3 medications

Acetaminophen: Narcotic (Tylenol with Codeine)

Ibuprofen: Advil, Motril, Nuprin (NSAID) (relieves pain and swelling)

Amoxicillin: Amoxil (Antibiotic)

I don't like taking meds, but whatever. I especially don't want to take the antibiotics and won't unless given a VERY good, specific reason. Because I don't want all my friendly gut bacteria to die and have to buy probiotics. I'm on a tight budget.

My mouth doesn't seem to be infected. It just smells like plack when I remove food from in there.

The whole procedure is going to cost me around $1,500. Partly because I have waited so long to get it fixed. So I'm responsible.

After doing an X-ray, they said I'm going to have to get a root canal and crowns in place of the molar.

Questions:

Do I have to take the antibiotics and if so, how will they know if I don't take them at all?

I know it will hurt for a week as told after being removed. How long can I wait to get a root canal and get crowns/cap until its too late to do so?
