The tenants have now vacated the property , unfortunaltely there didnt take their cooking smell with them :( ......what can I do to get rid of it ??, the moment yu open the front door the stench hits yu between the nostrils , and yes the cooking area has been thouroughly cleaned , sanitised , and bleached , other people must have had simliar problems ..thanks :)

this is a question for australian readers ,a friend of mine who has bad english has lost money in a failed property syndicate called "brandsmart riverbank syndicate " situated in parramatta nsw , does any one out there have any info ?? maybe a prospectus ?? it was opened in approx 2004 , it was one of the many financial scams created by so called "professional financial planners " here in australia , coming from china she thought that we ( the west ) had proper rules and guidelines regarding taking and investing peoples monies ,and yes !! she has spent many hours calling the appropriate authorities/people / agents / all of whom just "fob "her off ,and refuse to give her any details of her investment unfortunately she does not have thousands of dollars to pay a lazy solicitor for nothing , any help would be good .ty

some how or other a nasty virus has infected my computer , it has come in the form of an add telling me I have spy ware , it says its from microsoft , I tried to close it , but it has got in , there is music playing , drums , and jungle type music , its now closing down my nine msn news page ..... what can I do ??
