  • Any recommendations on a exercise plan?

    Hi,

    Im looking for a exercise plan

    I will probably not be able to work out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but however I can workout the Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    I was thinking 1 hour of running and an hour of cycling Thursday-Sunday and just doing my weights and resistance bands on Monday-Wednesday (Before I go to College).

    Any help is much appreciated

    Also I could do with a meal plan, so any recommendations on that as well would be nice

  • I need help on a fitness/exercise regime.?

    As the title explains I need help on a diet/exercise regime for when I start my new regime on the 1st to try and lose weight again after losing 3 stone a year ago (which I have now put back on since leaving school, but im going to college now, so im going to start again).

    Anyway, I will be at college from 12-9, 4-9, 12-9...Monday-Wednesday then im free from Thursday-Sunday.

    Im also wondering on if to not exercise on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (apart from doing my weights and resistance bands) and then just double it up on Thursday-Sunday. (For example, if I done 1hour of running and 1hour of cycling on Thursday-Sunday which could mean a total of 4 hours of running and 4 hours of cycling a week, plus the weights).

    Let me know if this is a good way to set it out and if you have any better ideas (or any idea in general) please tell me as I really need to lose this weight again.

    My aim is to lose weight over time and gain some more muscle.

    I just need a plan to what to eat Monday-Sunday for Breakfast, Dinner and Tea (or Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - Depending on where you are from in the UK/America).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Food that is easy to buy and cook, as I don;t really have too much time to spare when I start my regime as I'll be back at College from 12-9

    Mother is 5ft

    I feel I was sort of late growing if im honest - I think since I was thirteen to now I have grown 6inches or so...possibly less

    I know its all based on genes etc, but I would like to know what you think

  • How long would it take for someone to die from drinking alcohol?

    Lets say the person has been a heavy drinker and smoker most of their life and for the past 4 years has been drinking at least 2 bottles of wine everyday?

    So how long till they get alcohol poisoning I think it would be?

  • For some reason I am so upset about Paul Walkers Death?

    Obviously I never met the guy or seem him apart from his films but from what I can tell he has been a good person all of his life. By that I mean he has been donating his time and money on helping others throughout the world, as well as being a father.

    He was never in the media for bad things from what I can remember (ive never seen him in the media apart from film premiers), He just lived life and donated.

    I mean on the day of his tragic death he was at a charity event for his charity helping raise funds and gifts for the Filipinos, who have suffered greatly in the last few weeks.

    Anyway, I am kind of upset over it and like I say i only ever watched his movies. He could of brought us a lot more of great movies in the future however like one of his friends said he died doing something he loved...cars (maybe not the exact words but its roughly).

    I feel for his family and friends, because his daughter is not going to be able to be walked down the aisle by him and he isnt going to see his grandchildren (if she has any kids in the future - but I guess she and the rest of her family can tell them all about him and let them know how much of a guy he was).

    It may not be a question, but I'd just like to point it out you know.

    I am bored of all of them and seriously need a new game to play.

  • I left Sixth Form, can I go back?

    As the title explains, I left Sixth Form (after 6 months - i got the qualifications which i chose as I done the work) and now since I have not had any joy in getting an Apprenticeship Im just wondering if I could possibly go back and further my qualifications (as I got an A Level in one and then an AS in other).

    Im going in later today to see if I can get my certificates so I want to ask my teacher/headteacher/sixth form head if it is possible.

    Do you think it is possible?

  • Which should I do - Cardio or Weights?

    Basically, I lost about 2-3 stone last year (April-September) and basically from December of that year I haven't really stuck to the regime.

    I used to do sit ups, push ups, dumbbells, jogging on the spot and exercise bike. (This was about 1hr 15 each day) - Usually eating soup for my dinner (which was very boring - so any other suggestions would be nice).

    Question is, should I do more cardio or weights?

    Well, about a year ago I lost 2 stone but im pretty sure ive now put it back on.

    I used to play video games but do about 1hour 15 minutes of exercise a day (excluding a bike ride) and now I just watch TV and since Im down stairs I just have the erg for something to eat and/or drink so I get one.

    So what im saying is, should I go back to my old routine of playing video games and exercising for about double what I do now (30 minutes tops)?

    I think that's the best option obviously, but I want some more opinions.

    I have weight bench, dumbbells, ordinary weight bar, boxing bag, exercise bike, turbo trainer (basically a exercise bike but my own actual road bike in a device made for it), resistance bands.

  • How to get the motivation to do exercise again?

    Hi, i have been doing exercise everyday for 2 years now (well not the entire two years, because obviously some days i have been ill and so tired and depressed so had about 10 weeks off in all - most of which were the month of December 2012).

    I have lost 2 stone, but over Christmas i put on a stone since i had been eating a lot (obviously). I would love again to lose weight but some days i feel so weak (im not too sure why, but a month ago my arms and legs felt weak and i did nothing for a week).

    I recently cleared my garage out and put my weights, boxing bag, rowing machine and exercise bike in there and i have not been using it as much as i would like. When i was doing my exercise in my bedroom i done it after my lunch then after my dinner but now since its in the garage im doing it mid afternoon and i don't feel that im getting any results.

    I gave my self a week off last week and i tried to start again today but when i got in to the garage i felt week again and i gave up after trying to do my weights.

    So what im after is, some motivation and exercise plan to get on with it.

    I know no one will really answer, as i never get answers when my descriptions are long, but if i don't i feel that there's not enough information.

    Im 17, male, from UK, 200lbs or so. I lift weights, jog on the spot, exercise bike, have a boxing bag, rowing machine, weight bench and do push ups (i can do sit ups, but that puts a dampener on my exercise day so i try/prefer not to)

    Thursday: 30 press ups, 20 mins jogging, 20 mins exercise bike, leg expander (not sure of the name of it, but it's the thing for your legs on the end of the bench press)

  • What kind of car should i buy?

    Hi, my mams car broke recently and she is now in need of a car. I need her to get one as soon as because she is driving my car and im soon to pass my test meaning that i need it back. Also i want to sell my car and she is working 7 days and week so it's a bit difficult going to look at other cars and getting people to look at mine.

    What she needs is something small (preferably a 3 door) and possibly a hatchback, but that is not essential. It has to be able to tow a caravan as we have one (just a single axle one but the car needs to be able to pull it quite easily).

    So what im asking for, is a car meeting the specification above.

    Please let me know what kind of cars are available.

    The car will probably be on finance so we would be looking at £130 a month.
