Is there any way do find out who received a family members organs

My farther passed away in the late 90s I know his organs was donated

Is there any way to find out any info of who his death helped

My daughter has server conjunctivitis the doctor told me to keep her off school but the school ate demanding that I take her to school what are my rights I don't think she should be in as her teacher told me a few of the children have got it she is only 4 and has a good attendance rate I don't think I should go against my gp desishion uk only please
