Assume that in an algebraic equation is true for a>0, d>0. But if a<0 and d<0 at the same time, then this algebraic equation is also true, what's the correct mathematical expression for a<0 and d<0 at the same time in an equation?

Is College Algebra the same thing as Linear Algebra? Or is it the same thing as Algebra II? 

Or it's only required to take for engineering majors at college? 

I couldn't find the command to find the null space of a matrix on Ti-89 calculator. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks. 

If a college student is a mathematics major and his/her goal is to take the most challenging mathematics class at college, then is statistics really necessary/mandatory to take at college even though he/she finished taking differential equations already? 

Shouldn't 4-year universities hire professors who already obtained PhD's in their fields and those who have teaching experiences? Why do they allow graduate students to teach undergraduate students in a large room with sometimes more than 150+ students? Can undergraduate students learn like that? In such a crowded classroom? What if they sit in the back of the room and cannot clear hear/view the instructor? How come community college class sizes are much smaller compared to the class sizes of 4-year universities? 

I've heard that the professors at Ivy Leagues are the easiest graders, but is it true? Why or why not? 

I've seen many students who want to get into prestigious colleges/universities in the US and I wonder why. Do top schools like MIT, Harvard, Yale & Stanford have better professors and they teach better than other colleges/universities or what? What benefits do students get from those elite schools? Will employers choose people who graduated from elite colleges rather than regular state schools? What exactly is the difference? Do elite colleges/universities provide best higher education or all colleges/universities teach the same materials in the US? Why top elite colleges/universities are selective than other schools? Why other colleges/universities aren't that selective at all? 

I know that they can see students' screens but up to how much can they see their students? Because on the screen, only up to the chest can be seen by students from their view. Can teachers/professors see students' entire body (up to the student's whole room/whole surrounding) in Zoom?

I'm in community college and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I must take COMM 121 (Interpersonal Communication) that's online in the fall semester of 2020. My major is accounting and my counselor told me that this class is a requirement for me to transfer to a 4-year institution. What should I expect from this class/course? I've never taken any communication related class/course before. Is it easy or hard? For those of you that have already taken this class/course before, can you please explain and tell me your experience about it? Thank you.

I will get a new laptop soon and was wondering how to set up a Wifi username and password in order to log in and do my homework, etc. Right now, I'm using the same password from my house owner in where I live. But this time, I don't want to use that old password again. I want to create something new for this laptop. How to set up a Wifi username and password for a new laptop? Does it cost money, if at all?

I'm currently attending LACC and I want to know the admission requirements for transfer applicants into 4-year colleges/universities. Besides completing at least 60 units at a community college, what else is needed/required in order to transfer? Do they also require transfer applicants to take the SAT/ACT and submit recommendation letters from their professors or those are only for freshman applicants? I'm looking for Cal State LA or CSUN to transfer.

I'll have an exam soon and my professor wants us to have our cameras on during the supervised examination since we'll have to take the exams online due to COVID-19. But I don't know how to put on my camera, how do I do this? Do I have to check my webcam on my desktop or anything?

I know that the answer is x=2 but what are the ways of solving this type of problem?

Evaluate the integral 7/(w^2+3w+3) dw.

Here's my work:

I've completed the square and came with this:

integral of 7/[(w+3/2)^2+3/4] dw

where u=w+3/2 and du=dw.

After I substitute, I got

integral of 7/(u^2+3/4) du.

From here, I don't know what to do. I know that I'm supposed to do the inverse tangent, but I don't know how. Can anyone please tell me how to get to the correct answer from here? Please show your work. Thanks.
