when i log in my mailbox i like to tick the one says it will keep me log in for two weeks unless i uncheck it, but it doesn't work these days, maybe it a problem of my computer, can anyone tell me why?

I am using a shared computer and sometimes I forgot to log off after e-mail, I don't want someone else to see my questions, so please help,

Almost every single day for the last 4 months I have been receive those e-mails telling me that i am a lottery winner or someone died and left huge amount of money to claim. It drives me mad and all I can do it delete them and spam seems desn't work at all. they keep coming back. what should I do?
