I have read all the uni propaganda about the course, but Ive also heard a few people say that it was hard to get a decent job with this degree...:(

...but what Ide rly like, is to hear from anyone who did this degree or similar and what kind of job/career you got out of it.

Id enjoy the degree, but If I have no hope of a career in the uk or Europe then id would be a waste of money

  • A-level crisis :(?

I have just started my A2 studies at college yesterday, although my chemistry grade was obismal,(ungraded). A loss in my family left me depresst and was a huge factor in my failure.

durign the summer i regained my motivation and started going over last years work, thinking that I could retake the exams and carry on with chemistry at A2.

I know it sound stupid to study A2 chemistry and revise AS all in on year with such a bad grade but...

There is no doubt in my mind that I can and want to do this, I have never been more sure of anything.

however my teachers are understandably against me doing this...

-can they stop me form doing this??

-is what im planning really such an impossibility?

My teachers reactions have put doubt into my mind, I realise its a tall order, but for christs sake let me try!

I would be glad to hear your opinions and any advice you can offer a guy who has probably messed up any future in the medical field :(
