3 AnswersSoftware3 months agoPolice Covering Up?
I have a nusince neighbour who has a string of convictions. But the police keep calling me the "aggressor" because they're claiming that the nuisance neighbour has a record of calling the police about ME, 8 times.
However I put a spreadsheet together of all the times I had to call the police on my nuisance neighbour and I had a total of 40 crime reference numbers. Some of which resulted in arrest and convictions.
So why would the police lie so recklessly, when I can disprove them?
3 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police3 months agoArrested by the Police?
If you had an ongoing dispute with a nuscience neighbour, but despite your complaints to the police, the police takes the nusince neighbour more seriously then you and as a result its YOU that gets into trouble.
But one day your nuscience neighbour starts banging your door with a hammer, so you open the door to confront them and they lunge at you with the hammer. The police are called and when they arrive they arrest the nuscience neighbour with the hammer.
However the neighbour is released and no further action is taken.
Would you be:
1. Ok with it because at least they have a record of being arrested. Which makes people realise that you're not the problem?
Or
2. Angrier, because the police didn't press charges?

Say you work for a prestigous blue chip firm and you find out that some one has been setting up fake profiles of you and pretending that you're racist and homophobic and the public have been reporting these fake profiles of you to your firm. You also discover that whoever is setting up the fake Facebook and Twitter accounts, has also emailed everyone in your firm plus your bosses, saying that you're racist and homophobic.
You then get the police involved and they discover that its your disgruntled next door neighbour on a vendetta against you.
Will your reputation or career prospects at your job, be harmed?
2 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 year agoHe Disappeared -Dating App ?
I use the dating app called Bumble and what I've noticed is that a guy will talk to you for a week, ask for your number then delete (Not unmatch), but delete their profile and never use your phone number to contact you.
These are profiles of verified men, so they aren't fake profiles.
Are there any theories as to why someone would take your number, delete their account, but never call you?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating2 years agoHas He Moved On?
If a man says he's looking for a relationship and you say you aren't, then he meets someone and has a relationship with them.
Has he completely moved on from the first woman or does he still hold a candle for her?
7 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoDoes He Truly Love Her?
I matched with a guy on a dating app and we were supposed to me up but we had a disagreement so I cancelled. Problem is I still liked him so I re-matched with him on the dating app and he immediately started to talk to me again. He was on holiday at the time so we arranged to meet when he got back. And when he got back from holiday, he made it clear our encounter would be casual. So we slept together and after wards he starts to talk about wanting to be in a relationship, but naturally I assume he DOESN'T mean with me. So I give him advice on how to find a permenant girlfriend. After we'd slept together again we didn't speak much, but a few weeks later I looked at his Instagram and he's posted a pic of a woman he'd whilst on this holiday he was on, saying how he" loves her".
It turns out that a week after sleeping with me, she had flown to Britain to be with him.
My question is, could he really love her, despite having slept with me only a week before?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoCan a Man Change His Mind About You?
I went on a date with this attractive man and during that date he made a couple of sexual comments. So, is it possible to somehow get this man to change his attitude tiwards me and see me as a woman he'd like to date, rather then just have a fling with?
4 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoA Casual Relationship Conversation?
I’m in what I thought is a casual relationship with this guy that I met online. After the the first time we slept together we started talking about christmas plans and he starts off by saying that Christmas is harder now that his friends are married with kids. I follow suit with the same type of comments. Then he said that he “he’s looking to be in a relationship because he’s tired of of the whole internet dating scene”. I felt uneasy about his comment so I diverted the conversation and told him that “If he’s looking for a permenant relationship, he won’t find a women from the internet” and that he “needs to start chatting up girls face to face, say in coffee shops or somewhere”. After we slept together a second time, he mentioned train times (to get me home) and naturally I took that as my cue to leave.
But since that conversation I’ve been wondering, was he propositioning me? Or was he simply being open and honest about wanting a relationship, but not specifically with me?
4 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoDo I give him another chance.?
This guy cancelled our second date at the last minute. He claimed that he was feeling depressed and when I pushed further for the reason why, he claimed that him being unemployed and broke was depressing him.
Seven days later he text me with an apology and a claim that he's "got a job now"
Do I give him a second chance, or am I being played?
5 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoWhy turn down casual sex?
There s this guy who ve I dated a few times and the understanding is that we ll be having casual sex. We we scheduled to meet tonight to have our first sex session. However, when I text to ask what time I should get to his flat he replied that he wanted to "cancel as he s not in the mood"

6 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoHow to expose a criminal on Youtube without ending up in Court again?
Some years ago a man attacked my daughter and only recieved minor punishment from the Courts. So angrily I took revenge against him and ended up in Court myself. The conditions were, that I not contact him or upload his image onto social media again, but I want to warn other people about him by uploading my story as a a video on Youtube. Of course I won't be using his real name or image in this video but I've been warned that it could still get me into trouble. Does anyone have any legal or personal advice on how to do this without getting into trouble with the Court again?

3 AnswersLaw & Ethics4 years agoForgetful Assault?
Question: Your friend tells you that 5 years ago he got into a street fight with a stranger who had grabbed him by his hands and punched squarely in the face 3 times. His assialant was charged but when it got to court it was dropped. You tell your friend how awful rhat must have been, but don t ask any questions.
A few months later you ask you friend "Why did they drop the case against the person who had punched you?" And your friend replies "Well the agressor had barely connected to their face" and they couldn t be bothered any more because on the day of court "They just wanted to go back to work and get on with their job"
Is there anything remiss about this?
