  • Why would my doctor ask me if I'm sure about my lmp?

    I was suddenly surpised with an unexpected pregnacy. It took 6 weeks to get insurance and then 3 weeks to get into my OB. I was finally 13 weeks when I got my first appt. I was only given a urine test and asked tons of questions. I won't get an exam until my next appointment. What reason or reasons would my OB ask if I was sure about my lmp. I am positive about the date and could tell you the exact date of conception. I'm afraid I know the answer to this question, but just needed some input from others who may be able to confirm what I am thinking.

    As a Christian, I am appalled at the name calling and verbal abuse that is taking place against non believers. Jesus said to love your enemy. Do you really think that you will do any good by showing such hatred? Jesus said "Love your enemies and do good to them, .... . Then your reward will be great and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked."
