If I:

1). jog/run for 30 minutes straight without stopping

2). use the step stepper machine for 20 minutes straight

3). do 30 crunches

4). do 20 side crunches

5). do 20 leg lifts on each leg

6). do 20 calf raises on each leg

I would do this every day or every 2 days. I want to lose fat around my SIDES, LOWER ABS, AND UPPER THIGHS.
