Me and my friend created a software product. Now we are taking it to investors. My friend is good at management and finance and he also has degrees and certificates for this too, so we decided to appoint him CEO of Management and me as the CEO of development part and COO. I have a nice personal technological experience of 10 years. During my personal research at home I learned how to manage a software product and how technology works. But I don t have any degree or certificates to show for this. Only B.Tech. Degree I have. But I know how a company works and how a COO operates. But I don t have written proof of my knowledge. I can only show it in action. So, what problems I can face in future being as entrepreneur?

Hi there. I have a confusion. I did my engineering in computer science in 2012 and currently I am not doing any job. Because I don't like it. But I do part time teaching time to time for living. The reason to all this is below:

When I was in 8th class I started to having a very deep interest in software development. This changed my mindset that I won't ever work anyone else in this field. I will be an entrepreneur. But that time I didn't knew what entrepreneur means. When I came into college, I studied advanced computer science but because of worst course structure in our college, that has computers but not that much of science and programming, I only passed in by 60-70% marks. Because my mindset is totally set on software and programming languages. Whenever I try to read something else I start to think about programming in between. I just can't control it. Its from heart.

So after that I registered a company with my friend and implemented a revolutionary tool for which we are currently preparing to go for investors.

But my parents doesn't view me as employed. They want that I should work for someone else. Especially in government organization or bank. My dad is going to retire in 3 years and my mom is a housewife. I am patient with my this goal but due to their nonacceptance of my entrepreneurship idea, I am unable to get mental peace. Please tell me something that can make peace in my mind and strengthen my dedication towards my goal.

I created a mobile application that will be used to share personal information securely between known people. Please suggest me some nice name for it.

This is not about venture capitalists but you can take it like that. Suppose there is a company A which transfers its profit percent to company B's account without its consent. First of all Is it possible? Second, it is right? What will be the actions of company B, if it doesn't want that funding? and if company B accepts those funds what will company A expect from company B? I have a social networking site and its concept is different from Facebook, G+ or LinkedIn. I can't tell you the idea but I want to ask what can be the different ways to get funding for it? I don't want to go for venture capital as it might be risky because I don't know how much my website will earn in coming years, so that I can return them their money.

Aliens exists because there are millions of galaxies, millions of planets, even 1% of 1 million has life, and 1% of that figure has intelligent life, then its a big figure.

God exists because if we are product of evolution or alien creation then who is the supervisor of all the system we see,who controls it and why this system is there? Personally I believe in God, and in my view God is not Jesus or any deity written in fairy tales. God is something else that no spiritualists or scientists yet able to explain.

But I really want to know your views about why these two things are not accepted together in society?

I have a company that I want to register in India. My company makes software for others as well as of its own. Both service based and product based. What are the pros and cons of these two types of companies? Please note that we have a low budget.

I have two PCs that consists of WiFi connection. The printer does not have WiFi. What I want is that the first computer should send the printing command to the second computer using WiFi and the second computer should print the received document using printer connected to it.
