I have no ideas what's causing loads of little things that are happening in my body. I am a 18 year old female who is healthy weight and height and I'm really healthy and always exercising. But withing the last two weeks I have been feeling really bad and thers loads of different thing like these

Headaches

Double vision

Stabbing pain under left rib ( but sometimes stomach pain all over )

Stomach bloating and occasional diareah

Little red spots on stomach and legs and toes

Feelling tired and lazy

And today I have a temperature

Sorry for all the long question .. I never usually moan but I just don't know what's going on as there's no reason as I'm always super healthy

Today I have woken up with two bruses on my both of my middle fingers .. The bruises are on the inner side of my middle fingers and are about an inch long . There's is no sxplanation for the bruses I havnt injured my fingers or banged them whatso ever .. In fact I have been resting as I have been feeling tired . What could this be .. The bruses are on both fingers and are a brown purple color

I have pain above my eyes on my forehead that doesn't go away with pain killers :(

Its not a. Sinus infection or any eye problems .. What could this be ? Its a kind of stabbing pain and I have had it for nearly a month ? I don't thinks its a migraine due to the long period I have had it for .. Also it makes me feel sick and tired often

I'm 18 and female

Over the past few days I have had a few problems.

I have had a ache near the side of my head and above and around my eye. I have never experianced any headaches before but it feel more of a eye pain I have had it for about 4 days also I have experianced some double vision with it. For about 2 days. Today I have had bad shoulder ache alongside diahrea. Also I eat so much and over this week I have not been wanting to eat atall. I don't know why all this is happenong for no reason does anyone know ? I'm 18 female definatley not pregnant
