  • How do I get my Plug-ins to work? I get an error message when I try to start any of them.?

Whenever I open the Plug-in Manager, I get an error message, "an error occurred trying to access the *** plug-in". This happens with all of the plug-ins.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

I have all of the relevant 3rd party applications installed, Flash, Shockwave, Java.

    I would love some help.

  • How can I get IMVs to work? I have flash installed and the latest version of messenger?

I have searching all over for a solution to this problem. Nothing works, audibles, IMVs or plug-ins. I have done everything I can think of. I have the latest version of Flash and Java. I have turned off my firewall. I have submitted questions to tech support, nothing. I have un-installed and re-installed Messenger.

can anyone think of anything else?

  • Why can't I access any of the Plug-ins in Messenger?

I am unable to access any plug in, does anyone else have this problem?

I just get an error message: "an error occurred while trying to access the "Yahoo! Music" plug-in.

I get the same error message with all plug-ins

  • Why can't I get audibles or IMVs to work in Messenger?

I cannot get audibles or IMVs to work in Messenger. I have installed the latest version of Flash Player, Java, and Messenger. I still get the same thing, the audibles just show "loading", and I get "general error" when loading an IMV.

I have followed all the steps in the help pages, and they are checked properly in my preferences.

someone please help! I have been trying to fix this for ages.

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate.

    Thanks in advance
