if some one have one name jst exp like david or ali or some thing else and person had many mishap in his life he is thinking now its only coz of my name he is thinking my name dosnt suit my self so he wants to change his name dose any one one know is he right if yes why? if no then why?

what happen if some one with illigel status in uk cought with british fake passport trying to open an account ? also police baild him for one month to cheak his id after that they will call him again but person gave them same name as on passport told them its realy and true id but its not is there is any way if he can safe his side not to deport his back home country and also he like to tell true in court why he use fake name and id and why he is illigel in this country but dosnt want to go back any one can advise further please cuz he is realy in problem
