I have had these painful bumps on the back of my neck for about a year now, I am a 20 year old white male. With straight hair. It started after I got a short haircut, they would go away and then come back again. I've tried hydrocortisone creams prescribed by the doctor and steroid pills they made it go away and soon came back when the medicine was gone a friend told me he's had this too, he said its like ingrown hairs or something. Idk what to do anymore my neck hurts all the time and its embarrassing for me.

Does Anybody know how to Make this go away ? Or at least get it.under control?

I just found out my landlord has a Lien on the property I've been renting for almost 2 years. and the IRS is looking for him, he told me he is not allowed to rent or sell the property, which shocked me, I've been paying him $1000+ a month, he's very rude and barges in on me whenever he likes and always finds the most absurd complaints on me. And is always saying he wants to raise the rent or throw me out, amongst other things. Yet I've never been late on my rent, I was wondering if there is a lein on the property does that mean he does not have a renters license ? And if he does not have a renters license what should I do? My lease is almost up in 2 months I read somewhere that I am entitled to the rent I paid him being paid back to me. Is that true? Any advise or insight is appreciated. Thanks.
