Hi there,

So i work for an online publisher and we rely on our newsletters being distributed by email to our subscribers. Unfortunately it seems that our mail is reaching spam folders which I think may be to do with the fact we send out marketing and the newsletters from the same email address and IP. We use a program called pardot (by salesforce) to send out the emails, and obviously it is fundamental to the business that they reach our clients. Is there any way we can run two separate IPs so on one I can create a new email address to send out the newsletters from guaranteeing they reach our clients inboxes?

Ok so i have Microsoft office on my laptop, and can still use it to create word documents etc. However when i save them and try to open them up again it comes up with a screen saying the Microsoft office product to open this file is not installed even though i do have Microsoft office... Please help, university has just started again and need to sort this. At the moment i'm having to use open office for everything which is pretty annoying.

My iPad 3 always loses connection to the interenet in my room, however if I look at my phone or laptop whenever this occurs they're still connected. I don't understand why it keeps doing this. Anyone got any idea / fixes

So everyone's going out on the 13th and my birthdays on the 14th. If I tried to get into the club at 12:00 would i be allowed in as i would be 18 or does this not count?

I recently sold 4 games on ebay, on the 28th. However nothing has appeared in my paypal account what so ever to do with these 4 sales (they were all seperate). I then proceeded to go on ebay, and it says i have 4 items awaiting payment. However the people have paid, it just says paypal is processing this payment for all four of them. Yet i've looked this kind of thing up on the internet and it says that paypal should recieve payment instanly even if it is a bank holiday etc., yet paypal is taking forever to process the payments and i dont know why. Now i dont whether or not to ship out the products as it has been two days since the buyers actually 'purchased' the games, and it could be getting annoying for them. And also i dont think its anything to do with them having no funds in their account. Anybody know what to do, im kind of screw'd at the moment :S.

So i sold 5 games on Ebay, the auction ending today. However when i look at the 'view paypal transaction id' link it says id invalid. I searched this on the internet and people where saying log into your paypal via the paypal website and the money will be there, and the invalid id was just an ebay glitch. However i did this and there was no money there . Im wondering can it take a while for ebay transactions to go through on paypal, bearing in mind also that its a sunday night and tomorrow is a bank holiday.

Im looking for a book to read to do with geography, however not a text book kind of thing. I know authors such as Bill Bryson writes them. Just interested to know if anyone has any recomendations.

Quick heads up im looking for it to be under £20, dont want to be spending loads on a book :).

For example on the audi website there is a car configurator program. Yet you click the link and it doesn't open, but i i do it on another laptop it does open, so it isn't the website. Same again for an interactive calendar, it wouldn't open. Any ideas what it is, like a setting where I've blocked cookies or flash needs updating etc.

So is 17mm in m 17*10-3 or 1.7*10-3 just a quick fix ty for the help.

When i try to print a word document it says 'could not print, no printer is installed'. However i do have a printer installed. When i go to file print it says that the printer is ready and connected yet when i press print it comes up with this error message. So i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and even was able to print off a test page. Yet i went to print my word document and it came up with the same message. I am on windows 7, and the printer is a hp photo smart c4500 series.

Help would greatly be appreciated.

Right so im looking at two different hi hats to buy. They are either the Paiste 2002 13" Sound Edge, or Meinl Byzance Brilliant 13" Fast Hi Hat. Any opinions on these would be helpful. Or any other suggestions in the price range of £250-280.

Hi. I just wanted to know if there are any itunes alternatives out there that will let me put music on my ipod. I did download one recently, but it required itunes to be on my computer to use it. I used to have itunes until i tried an update and it just didnt work. Now i can't update or re-download at all i need to wait for my super computer nerd uncle to come fix it for me :). So any suggestions please?

Hi im 15 and i really wanted to buy these cymbals for my drum kit off of ebay because they were like value. But i was signng up and reaslised that i had to be 18 to use it. Ya so is there any way that i can use it or just use it anyway?
