Can anyone tell me what happened to English dub version of marvel disk wars there were trailers promoting the dub versions release date and after that there’s nothing what happened did it get pushed back or is it not being made anymore?

So I found this manga on this manga website called coolmic’s and it looks interesting and I really want to read it but my problem is that coolmic wants me to pay a membership that I can’t afford right now so I just figured I can read it on another manga streaming site that offers it for free but when I looked for it the only free copy of the manga I found was in Italian not English so I want to know if anyone could tell me if there’s a website that offers it for free and in English so I can read it
