The best way to do this would be to draw a text box on the Word document.
You can adjust it to a size you think is best and then add colour, text, graphics etc until you get it looking just right.
Then it is just a matter of copying and pasting the one ticket until you have the amount you want on the one page.

Your best bet for making party tickets easily would to be to use a program that comes bundled with "Micro-Soft Office", called "Micro-Soft Publisher". It has pre-made templates for all sorts of occasions and purposes, you can even do resumes and create menus with it. All you have to do is find the template, fill in the necessary blanks, select colors, save it as a file, or just print it out.
Other ways to create those tickets is to use another program called "Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0", along with a plug-in called "Quite Imposing Plus", which allows for multiple images to be created from just one image, using the "Step and Repeat" option.
The other easier method is to simply create the text in "Micro-Soft Word", print it out, cut it down to the size of the text, leaving a white border around the edges. Then take the cutout original your local FedEx Kinko's and use a self-service copier to repeat the image 4,6,8,or 10 times to an 8.5x11 sheet of paper. Once you have made the master copy, you can then select heavier paper for the cards to be printed on, since they will be tickets. Hope this helps you out. :)

Well, go to blank publications then select business cards.
on the page you should see one business card. Make one invitation on the business card instead of on an invit thing. When you print it out you should have 6-8 'invits' on the page.

Visit the MicroSoft home page, look for downloads or templates, then search for invitations. They will have a list of templates you can then pick from. From the basic layout you can then alter it to suit your needs.
