I have a major problem losing weight because of a medical condition. I have tried everything to get the weight off, but nothing works. I was told that losing more than 2 - 5 lbs per week is unhealthy and if you cheat (ie..pills, drugs, ect...) all the weight that you worked so hard to lose will come back three fold. The best advice that I can give you is to be patient and you will see the results that your waiting for and it will be worth it and it will stay off. be careful!

Wow, you seem to be doing great! Keep up the good work and be patient. It takes longer to lose weight than to gain it.

And once you reach your goal, don't stop routine and good eating habits. Make them a part of your life so that you will always be thin.

Don't stress out so much about not losing weight fast enough. Stress could also hinder weight loss.
